The beds were comfortable and and the shower pressure was amazing. The front desk lady was lovely very kind and friendly. Having an air con was a very big plus. And I really appreciate that we had a towl, hand towl and face washer for all guests.

The ceiling fan looked like it was going to fall of, the the toilet had a slight leak when you flushed it, and the fan in the bathroom was rusty and didn't work so when you showered it would get very hot in the bathroom. And the with all the beds in a small room it made it hard to walk as there wasn't much space. To many lights in carpark left on at night made it very bright outside.

Very well priced accommodation in a convenient location. It's on a main road but sound wasn't an issue, it was mostly quiet in the evening. After hours check-in was very smooth and the room was warm and comfortable. It's an ideal option for single-night stays and solo travelers.

As has already been noted by other reviews, the facilities are older and in need of renovation. The bathroom was particularly small and there were a few other small annoying elements (i.e. kettle can't be filled under bathroom taps, shower head sprays water in every which direction, including directly up to the ceiling). That being said, everything was clean and tidy so provided your expectations are reasonable and aligned with the price, you'll be satisfied with this accommodation option.

We arrived late and received straight forward check in instructions. (Code to access key). We left early and there was a drop box. The aircon in the room Heated the room quickly. The beds clean and comfortable. Our room quiet.

We didn’t see any staff from check in to check out - this wasn’t a problem for us though as we had everything we needed.

Very comfortable and quite accomodation for single travellers in rooms 26 and 27. Room 27 the pick with an oversize bed and larger room area. Great pub and pub food across the road. A great place to stay if you want comfortable accomodation on a budget.

Everything was clean and easy to navigate, had all the essentials and was good for money, also located in a good area, i would definitely stay here again

Although the property was lovely the room i booked didn’t have a sink/kitchen are which was fine for me but may not work for longer stays :)))

We were very comfortable and happy with it room and it was very quiet which was fabulous. We just thought maybe some glasses of some kind would have been great. We were very warm, the shower is wonderful, the beds beautiful and the lamps had globes. It was really great.

Maybe some glasses for water or wine.

Canberra is THE place to be but I have always preferred Queanbeyan for its country town feel. And I also appreciate that you have a budget room – for us older people having to count their pennies. Look forward to staying with you next time.

The shower was out of conditioner but that's a minor thing - normally use yellow soap anyway!

Arrived after the office had closed but the self check in worked perfectly The room was the perfect size for one person I was able to park the car right outside the room entrance

The sun is directly on the screen of the self check in machine in the afternoon making it very hard to read the display No toaster was available in the room

Its clean. affordable. good location. safe parking. The view from the room is beautiful. bright rooms. walking distance access to playground and supermarkets.

I traveled with my kids. the TV was not smart. No YouTube access in Room 23. I have stayed three times in this Inn. I asked for ground floor rooms. but I guess family rooms are all upstairs.

Crest was a great spot for a 1 night rest on a long trip. Beds were comfortable, shower was fast and hot. We stayed a Friday night, but didn't hear any noise from the adjacent pub. Furniture & bathroom are outdated, but everything was clean & in working order. Would recommend for others.
