staff were very friendly and helpful

on check in at the 32nd floor the staff member was not able to give us access to floor 32 only to our room. they promised to sort it but we had to do it ourselves next morning at reception.

Great location (just a few hundred meters from the circular quays station, and on the edge of the The Rocks. Lovely room [we were on the 21 floor with a view over the harbour (non-ocean side of the bridge) and could see the bridge and North Sydney ..and just make out Luna Park]. Was surprised (a nice surprise) to have bed covers folded down during early evening. Staff on the ball and very friendly. Nothing to much to ask.

Not really something I didn't like as we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel (so can't dislike something you haven't tried), but I thought the breakfast was a little overpriced ...maybe it was exceptional ..., I just don't know, as we grabbed something locally instead. I seem to think breakfast was 60 Australian dollars (that's about £30), and a fair bit more expensive than similar priced hotel we stayed in whilst in Australia.

The room was stunning, we were lucky enough to have our room upgraded and they gor us in earlier than the check in time. Staff couldn't be more helpful and the views of the Sydney harbour bridge and opera house were amazing. We went prior to going on a cruise ship and we could sit in our room watching the ship come into port with a cuppa and a comfy seat which just added to the enjoyment of our stay. Also it was in a great location to access the ports and there's a super cheap and easy tap on tap off light rail/ tram that stopped a minutes walk away from the front door and took you to all the best places in the city.

Amazing view from room 612 looking straight over to the Opera house. The rooms were spotless and extremely comfy. I have never slept on a bed like it! Ice delivered to our room every evening. Housekeeping girls were exceptional, adding an extra little touch every day. We were quiet ill for the first few days, so it was great to be in such a wonderful room with great roomservice. Highly recommend 👌

Our only small disappointment was that Chrismas day was not recognised... maybe a chocolate on your pillow or a merry Christmas card? Also the restaurant was crazy expensive $199 for 2 bowls of pasta and 2 glasses of wine.

Paid extra for a room with views of the Bridge and Opera House which didn't disappoint. Ordered room service 1st night which was very nicely served by attentive and friendly staff. Bathroom with bath was a bonus but quite small and very little space to store our toiletry bags. Peaceful location intially spoiled by noisy kids from room nextdoor running around in corridor outside for a while but thankfully had stopped by the time we turned in. Bed was comfy and we slept well.

The breakfast buffet was very extensive but very overpriced in our estimation, so decided not to partake after 1st morning. Hence the reason for a score of 8. Found plenty of other alternatives in the area more reasonably priced.

Great place to stay when you want to treat yourself to a little bit of luxury! Full view of the harbour bridge, opera house and harbour just stunning especially at night with the lights! Beds were comfy, pillows like clouds and although close to the motorway and trains did not hear any of these. Outside pool was warm and plenty of towels and loungers to lie on and very easy to order coffees at the pool using the QR code. Location was excellent walking distance (5 mins) to the rocks, Circular Quay and the ferries. Was celebrating a special birthday and the little birthday cake they left in the room was very appreciated. Just going that extra mile. Would highly recommend.

Such a well located hotel, close to The Rocks and Opera House as well as the transport options art Circular Quay. Lovely room that was spacious for such a central city hotel and it had a partial view of the Harbour Bridge. Very comfortable bed, and loved fresh ice being put in our room every evening. Loverd the low level lighting in the bathroom at night. Enjoyed the pool too and the lovely pool towels. Staff were all charming, polite and helpful

One or two more shelves or drawers for storage would have been nice as we were there for several nights

Such a beautiful hotel. Our view was absolutely phenomenal- I really recommend going for the full harbour view. The staff were extremely personable and very attentive. Even the staff that weren’t personally serving us were so friendly and welcoming and always made an effort to be friendly and have a chat. The accomodation itself was so lovely. Everything was very clean and nicely set out. The bed was so comfortable. I find sometimes it’s hard to find a hotel with nice pillows but this hotel had the most amazing pillows- best I’ve ever had. The rooms also had block out blinds which is amazing if you’re in need of a sleep in as they completely block out the light. I’m already saving up my money to stay again!

I literally cannot get enough of this hotel. I was there last year and now again but sadly just for one night. I contacted the Team about my stay in advance, because I wanted to stay in the same room as last year. Unfortunately it wasn’t possible but they had something bigger planned for us. We’ve got upgraded into a bigger, more spacious and comfortable room. I was speechless and so happy! We were celebrating my friend’s birthday and they were so kind and surprised us with a birthday cake and a bottle of wine. It was such a wonderful stay and we had the best time there. DEFINITELY coming back and many many thanks to Eva from the reception staff. You truly made our stay magical!
