This is my third visit to The Grace, and I absolutely adore this place! The impeccable room presentation, space and comfort is a major highlight for me. We had a King Deluxe room with complimentary water and soft drinks. The bathroom is a stunning minimalist design with earthy tones that immediately left you feeling relaxed. The second night we decided to have room service for dinner (since we LOVED spending time in the space) and the Beef and Guiness Pie from PJ O'Brien's was outstanding! I mean, we could've gone into the tavern itself, but it was fabulous to sit in the comfort of our room, with a glass of wine and enjoy such a delightful meal. What a treat! As an added bonus, we had an extra day in Sydney to kill some time, so leaving our luggage with the concierge really made our day much easier. The location is perfect if you want to be right in the centre of the city too. One block from the QV Building and George Street Mall, and nearby cafes, and pop up coffee stations, easy walking distance and no need for transport. Our Uber arrival and departure meant for easy return to the airport. We look forward to returning to The Grace soon. Thank you for your fantastic service.

I love the beds, the room is neat and tidy and the free mini bar is awesome. Loved the pool and steam room area. Staff are lovely.

The shower had no pressure. Room deposit is now $200 and takes so long to be returned back on card.

Location, quality and comfort of room, excellent service. 11am check out was excellent. Complimentary drinks in minibar fridge were excellent inclusion.

Location is outstanding. Hotel is beautiful. Bed so comfortable. Heaps of space. Rainwater shower was very luxurious.

Perfect location for our visit to Sydney to attend a show at the Opera House. The history of the building was also a draw card for me - the display onsite about the history of the building (the original Grace Bros Department Store) was very interesting. Loved the art deco style in the public areas blended with the modern style and amenities in the rooms. The no-alcohol complimentary mini bar was a welcome bonus - perfect for a late night soda or water after being out on the town, and my husband was able to have a juice in the morning while I enjoyed the plunger coffee.

The bed was firmer than we prefer / are used to, but was not uncomfortable. Parking options are expensive ($50 for overnight) but I know this is standard for Sydney.

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday with my family at The Grace Hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations! The hotel's elegant building, impeccable cleanliness, and exceptional staff made our stay truly unforgettable. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, while the breakfast spread was delicious. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly the breakfast host who went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. If you're looking for a top-notch hotel in the city, look no further than The Grace Hotel. We can't wait to return!

This is a great hotel to stay in Sydney CBD. You can walk everywhere and there is a train station nearby. The hotel itself is very beautiful, comfortable rooms, great service. We were very pleased with our stay and definitely will be back.

The gym. AC didn't work and the issue was known to staff but not addressed in any way. Also I found that it was lacking the most basic equipment like mats, lighter weights, maybe a better bench (currently there is only one and it's a bit weird - doesn't go flat). The deck outside is a bit pointless - there are no umbrellas or anything to provide shade or shelter from rain. Can't really use it.
