The Washer/Dryer was put on Wash/Dry for a quick cycle however just kept going. At 4am when i heard it was still going i cancelled to cycle, and took my sons footy uniform out and had to dry it under the fan. This was a big inconvenience and he had to wear a damp uniform the next day. Not sure if the machine was broken, we find it hard to believe that this would be normal. Also you cannot Lock the door internally, so little one could still open the door and leave the apartment even though we thought we had locked the door, upon pushing the handle down it automatically unlocks.

Loved our view, and location...close to town but without noise and traffic. Enjoyed the tennis court and pool (although it was much cooler than we had expected!).

Getting in and out of the bath to take a shower! I'm average height and pretty fit, but the bath edge was very high. Separate shower would have been better. Also, very noisy group of men moved in several apartments along after our first night, sounded like they started drinking early in the afternoon, several days in a row!

The location was perfect for our visit at this time of the year. A stone throw from the festivities yet distant enough for peace and quiet. The view overlooking the harbor was beautiful to wake up to each day. The apartment was divine, comfortable, and well set out for ease of use. I will definitely be back.

The biggest disappointment of this trip was the hours of operation of reception. With a large-scale event of the music festival reception hours should have been 7am - 6pm. Also, the fact that the flyers given at check-in were not updated to show the hours of operation had changed.

The location and room were excellent. Loved all the shops and restaurants/cafes underneath. There was plenty of space for 6 of us in the apartment. We loved walking down to the pool.

Thought the apartment needed a deep clean in particularly the bathrooms. The lock in the main ensuite does not lock. There is tape covering a hole in the ensuite on the tiled wall. The water pressure from both shower heads was quite weak, but the kitchen water pressure was the complete opposite. Loved being able to do our washing before heading home. Thought it was a bit strange that you couldn't lock the 2 sliding doors that lead to the balcony. Fortunately our kids don't sleep walk.

The location and ease of walk into the shops. So glad we didn’t choose a property up the hill.

The shower over the bath in the main bedroom was difficult to get into and we were concerned about slipping as there was nothing to hang on to and no non slip bath mat. The shower in the other bathroom also presented a slipping hazard as the water leaked out into the basin/laundry area. The dishwasher also didn’t wash very well.

We were a big family group so the rooms we very spacious including 2x TV's an outdoor patio and washer dryer. This catered for all our age groups - 3 generations. The location is good due to being on the flat and being able to walk everywhere with ease. The view was of the harbour - amazing! Short walk to the beach and the lagoon pool. We also had under cover parking for cars which makes it convenient also. We had great weather on our visit which makes everything better.

The only thing that could be better is the pool, this was very cold. I know and understand it is winter but a heating system would be a great addition to the pool. I have experienced heating in pools in warm climates and this just takes the chill off in winter.

The location was incredible! The views were awesome. The balcony seating was great. We enjoyed the comfort of the beds. There was time to enjoy both the beautiful pool and hot tub. The people were so kind and helpful. They helped us with late arrival and early checkout, and even stored our luggage. We thoroughly enjoyed their services.

The bathtub/shower was challenging. The spout for the bath was right in the middle which made showering awkward. The washer wasn't working properly, with an internal fault notification. The dryer component didn't work at all.

Great location, overlooking the marina. Close to shops and restaurants. Fantastic view from the balcony. Beautiful tropical gardens, well maintained. Enjoyed the pool. The apartment block looks attractive

The inside of the apartment (207 ) was rather disappointing. It could do with the bathrooms refurbishing. The small bathroom had no shower screen or curtain and the floor got wet every time. The window into the main bathroom, by the shower had no privacy screen on the glass !!. The old brown tatty furniture needs replacing and the room needs to be more high spec, to match the good look of the building. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned properly, hair on floor, toilet bowl not very clean.

Location, room facilities, all good. View fab. Let down by poor internet.

Wifi was atrocious. My daughter is a student and needed reliable internet as did I for work. It was intermittent at best and usually didn't work at all. 4G was poor in the area as well so this caused us real issues. We were told it was due to problems with the New Zealand based supplier (Tomi?) but in a property of this size and expense we expected wifi to work and if there are problems for it to be resolved quickly - it wasn't for the entire stay. Reception staff saying "we've tried to ring them but they are not returning our calls" is just not good enough.
