Location, location, location!! The unit we stayed in was roomy, very nicely furnished, and contained a good variety of dishes/utensils, making it easy to self cater if you wished rather than eating out. We were extremely lucky to be on the eastern side of the building where we enjoyed beautiful breezes and were able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy all there was to offer. Easy after hours check in. It was a bonus to receive a car park that was included in our tariff. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely return.

The door onto our balcony didn't lock, and we don't think it has locked for quite some time. Advised to slam it. We didn't like to slam it too hard in case we broke the glass. Being a weekend, maintenance wasn't available. The bathroom could do with a really good clean, and the doona needs to be replaced as it had stains and looked quite grubby.

We loved the location. It's in a quiet oasis so close to the CBD, with a good choice of eateries, walkways, and parkland close by. The soon to be completed pedestrian bridge to the CBD to Kangaroo Point will only improve an already great location. The room was well equipped and had plenty of space for the two of us. Having free access to WiFi and Foxtel is a real bonus. The included secure undercover parking, so close to the CBD, was a real draw card for us. The large heated pool area and tennis courts are also a bonus, although we didn't have the opportunity to try them out on this trip.

One small problem with the room layout is that's its almost impossible to prevent the tv from interrupting the sleep of anyone who wants to go to bed or get up early, as there is no door between the lounge and bedroom. Also, the mattress in our room was a bit tired and saggy and in need of replacement, in our view.

Hotel is very well located - stones through from Story Bridge Hotel, 10 min walk from City Hopper and has a decent view of the river (and Fireworks) Air con worked well and the kitchen was sufficient for 4 Adults (and Baby). Wifi worked well, so we could stream off our Computers.

Room Facilities were a bit dated and the room could have been a bit cleaner from the previous guest (vacuuming under couches). TV setup is a not fit for purpose anymore - We struggled to get Foxtel to work properly and the signal kept cutting out. New equipment and cabling would fix the issue.

Everything is near within 20 minutes range kind of distance. It is good to have a secure parking space and I am glad that in this apartment, the parking lot is assigned to the apartment number. I felt very secure during this period of stay in Docks on Goodwin. The reception was very helpful and guided us to our apartment. Nearby there are eating places which is convenient for us! The apartment is clean and tidy, it was well maintained. We got the apartment with a bit of Japanese design, that is with sliding doors. I and my wife love it very much! If we are coming back to Brisbane, for sure, we will book this apartment for our stay again.

Location… central to everything

Just a few small things/little upkeep things… the toilet paper roll, rolled off every time you used it, no end cap, would be better facing up. No light in the cooking fan. Had lots of salt packets, but no pepper. Broom handle came out, so couldn’t sweep, so had to use the little dustpan brush to sweep up. Also the broom had a bunch of long black hair on it, not ours, obviously previous tenants. Bathroom door handle had a piece coming loose. Middle drawer on side cabinet always slid open… and no fan in the bathroom, between the shower, toilet and dryer, definitely needed!!!

Our 'usual accommodation' when we come down to Brisbane for the cricket - lovely walk to & from te Gabba. Great facilities (the pool is superb) & love all the open space around the apartments, many great eateries only a few minutes away - highly recommend Fusion & Dumplings & the Bomb Shelter Story Bridge Hotel. Apart from the dreadful weather, another great stay. And love the great cartoons in the lifts - fun way to start the day.

Needed a pair of tongs in the kitchen.

Spacious studio apartment in an excellent location.We loved our stay and found it excellent value for money as it also included parking. Facilities were great, we loved the pool area, which also has a BBQ if you would like to cook. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location means you are close to restaurants and the Story Bridge Hotel, or you can just jump on a ferry and visit one of the many dining precincts on the Brisbane River. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back !

The 1 bd room apartment has everything we needed for a short stay. The large balcony made the apartment feel open and fresh. Loved the location of the Docks. It's within walking distance of the ferry terminal. The walking path by the river was really beautiful. Also, the walking path leads to the South Bank precinct. The location makes for an easy drive to the southern or northern suburbs. Parking on site was available, which is essential as street parking is metered for 4 hours during the day and hard to find overnight

The studio apartment was, for the most part, a very nice place to stay in. Looks to have been tastefully updated recently in the kitchen, lounge and sleeping area. The pool and surroundings are well maintained. Centrally located, convenient for trips into the CBD, Woolloongabba and a broad range of takeaway or Uber Eats available locally. Secure parking, and ample visitor parking. The staff at reception are pleasant, engaging and efficient, and responsive to messages. Even with the issues outlined above, I would stay again.

Not a lot to dislike. If you are the type of person who hasn't met a three-piece feed they didn't like, you're going to have to master zero-turns in the shower. That sucker is tiny. The sink was almost bigger. The bed, while comfortable, appears to be somewhat flimsy and creaks. The above issues are specific, and may not apply to everyone who stays there.

Easy to find and an absolutely perfect location for exploring Brisbane. Apartment had views of the city from the bedrooms and views of the river from the loungeroom and kitchen. Reception was helpful when a few minor maintenance issues popped up. Secure undercover parking in the city was fantastic. Facilities were top notch, our kids lived in the heated pool. I used the gym most mornings. 2 Bedroom apartment was big enough for our family of 4 and had been recently refreshed. Would 100% stay there again as a base in Brisbane.

More crokery and pantry basics like dishwashing liquid, oil, salt, pepper etc would be helpful as we threw out what we didnt use after 4 days.
