We moved from a 3bed to a 2bed and the 2bed (as we stayed on for another week) was perfect! The owner had done a great job renovating the room throughout. Very clean and tidy. All kitchen needs taken car of. Heat pumps in every room too! Unit 279

Just the 2 seater couch was uncomfortable (can feel the bars through the cushion). If just that item was replaced, we couldn't fault the room.

Perfect location, with views of the beach and close to shops and cafes. Our apartment was very quiet and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. Great staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, fast free wifi.

Not enough bedding, we needed a quilt in winter not a flimsy polyester blanket. The bathroom and kitchen were dated and need a refurb. Limited foxtel channels and no free to air TV.

Spacious apartments with multiple bathrooms and a laundry. Perfect for our 2 year old. Good location as I had a conference next door, and was convienent to everything we needed.

Older facilities, but everything worked OK except the balcony door that broke (was fixed within 24 hr) and the dining room chair that broke. Wasn't 100% clean, bathrooms needed a good scrub

The location is great! Walking distance to food, entertainment, the beach, and public transport. The children loved that the pool was open until 9 pm. We were so appreciative that we were able to leave our luggage there after checking out, due to our flights departing later that day - this was a great help.

Great facilities, exceptional view and the rooms were spacious and kitchen very well equipped.

The check-in process was very disappointing. We were emailed an early check in request confirmation for 1pm and still were waiting for the room to be cleaned and available for check in at 3:30pm with a new born in the car in the rain without any prior communication, SMS or otherwise. I understand there are unforeseen circumstances like reduced staff availability but this day and age a simple text can suffice and we would have prolonged our travel time. Very, very inconvenient. We also messaged the duty manager on and again no reply, Poorest communication and customer service experience in memory.

The staff were so helpful, Riccardo was at reseception when we checked in and his customer service was outstanding. He made our stay as the room was not totally upto expectation.

The double bed in the second bedroom the matress is expired the springs sunk into the middle. Not comfortable.

Loved the view. You couldn't get better than we had. I paid a little extra for ocean front and got the best views I've ever had on the Gold Coast. Absolutely loved it. Also loved the size of the apartment. Really spacious. Exactly what we wanted and needed for our holiday. Loved the 'private' pool we got as a bonus by staying in the Esplanade tower. The kids and I loved that we could go for a swim on our own in this pool if we wanted, or join other family and friends (and other guests) in the larger more central pool. Really great that there were so many pool options.

The age of the internal aspects of the apartment really were showing. I imagine if it was renovated, perhaps the cost would have been out of my price range though... The couch was a little worn and tired. The beds were OK, but not brilliant. The TV was far too small. The showers hadn't been cleaned all that well. The really needed a good dose of exit mould and a scrub.

The 2 Bedroom Apartment we stayed in was Excellent...the Decor and position was great ... would definitely stay here again ...Ocean view is amazing...

Would like to see more usable items like Dish wash tablets , Toilet Paper Rolls.. Should have been at least 6 of each for 6day stay ...3 people...only half of this was supplied...so small things to make things better...

Loved the location and our view felt safe easy access to our car or going out to walk

First time there was impressed with our room sorry liked it didn't come a cross anything not to like

Location was great! close to cavill ave but just out enough where it's not too busy

We had 1 couch that was torn and damaged, toilet was not mounted and was loose, bad water leak on balcony and forming something on the ground like ice caves. car park was a little difficult. also had somebody park in our spot which left me to park outside after getting back at 11:30pm
