The location was perfect for groups with no car - easy public transport within minutes away. And Surfer’s paradise within a 10 minute walk was amazing. Apartment was very clean and very nice. Kitchen was a perfect size. Very modern renovated bathrooms. Manager was very kind and helpful.

Some things, such as bin liners, laundry detergent and soap were only enough for a couple of days. If staying for longer than a week, you will need to replenish that yourself. Beds were a bit too soft/uncomfortable but still good. Good aircon in living room but doesn’t reach the bedrooms.

The location of this apparent block was perfect for us. It was close enough to walk everywhere we wanted but far away enough from the action to be peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The pool was nice as was the spar bath. The manager was lovely and really helpful too.

A few basic in the pantry would have been good, things like olive oil, salt and pepper even a sachet of washing powder. It also could have been better if our towels and linen were changed and the bathroom supplies topped up at least once during the week ( 7 days) we stayed.

The room itself! It’s so nice and so clean. So close to everything too! Neighbours are kind. Plus the spa & swimming pool is so good! ❤️ Even though Lee the manager is not there when we arrived they gave us clear instructions, they helped us with everything that we needed. Thank you so much Lee! 😊

The only downside is the bed. For us it’s a bit small. We are a family of 3 (with a baby) we do co sleep, but eventually my husband slept on the lounge cause we can’t fit in the bed.

Just outside of the hustle and bustle of surfers but close enough for easy public transport access. Lovely spacious apartment with washing and cooking facilities. Private designated parking available for no additional costs. Pool and spa are lovely also.

No lift access to floors. Have to be prepared to carry everything up multiple sets of stairs. Stairs are at the entry to car park and general building, so not ideal for those with accessibility issues.

Great location, beautiful apartment, plenty of ammenities like washing machine and dryer, nice kitchen, good wifi, private parking, the works made the stay really good, easy location just a short walk from all of the hustle and bustle of surfers paradise, even shorter walk to the beach.

i dont think there is anything i could say that wasnt good about the stay, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were excellent, the kitchen was nice, all of it was good.

When checking in, the wonderful staff member walked me to my room and helped me with my bags from the carpark. The property was a short walk to Cavill Ave/Sufers Paradise CBD. Only one carpark allocated but lots of off street parking close by. Nice clean rooms and the the grounds surrounding the apartments were nice and tidy. Great pool area as well.

The Water pressure in the shower was dismal. It was hard to get the water to the right temperature as well.

Staff were very friendly. Apartment was very neat and clean. Secure underground carparking was easily accessible. Check in and out process was very easy. Location was perfect for access to the beach, shopping and holiday entertainment like theme parks. We enjoyed the peace and quiet not hearing local traffic and felt secure with locked facilities, car parking and access to apartments.

Unfortunately, due to ongoing renovations access to the apartment was at times awkward. Gas was still to be reconnected to the BBQ and the pool is not heated, so we were unable to use these facilities. Also, information in apartment guide booklet was outdated and some items for use in kitchen were well used or missing. In saying this, staff were very accommodating and followed up with replacements upon request.

Two bedroom two bathrooms was a great find at the price Pool was excellent Manager was lovely and very helpful 10 minute walk to surfers beach most of it waiting for lights to change Tv Close to lots of activities for families Bumbles cafe a 7 minute walk on the Nerang river

Lots of stairs Carrying the rubbish downstairs to the bin Traffic was horrendous nearby but that’s the Gold Coast

Great location and the manager Lee was very accommodating with quick responses to our emails and arranging for additional items for my grandchild. Easy walking distance to the main town and supermarket. Good floor plan of our apartment for family and loved the little balcony area and being on the bottom level was easy access to the pool. Pool area was clean and bbq very clean and loved the vending machine in the pool area and being close to a 7/11 store.

Upon entering our room there was a strong smell of bleach which we had to air the apartment for a good hour . Spa bath in pool area was that full of chlorine that it bleached my daughters bather top and bottoms that she discarded them. My grandson t-shirt looked like it was tie dyed. i got splashed and it looked like i had bleach on my top . Apartment very dated and could use of some new furniture, but it was neat and a good floor plan .

Location was great. 10 min walk to surfers. Spa was nice and hot 30°+. Room was clean, renovated and modern.

Next door was construction (hard to avoid in Surfers). Beds were on wheels and uncomfortable (just not were used to, but this is being picky) Hallways abit smelly from others cooking (also being picky)
