The view was amazing and the apartment was very spacious and only rarely heard other people in other apartments , nice furnishings throughout including washing machine and dryer which were very handy, staff were friendly

We weren’t able to park in underground secure parking due to low aircon duct and our car being a fwd, but were able to park in outdoor carapace out the back, but had to continually get a key and return it each time, an email to alert customers this might be the case before arrival would be helpful as it is only a selected few this does effect, the cooking utensils and fridge need upgrading but durable , some utensils were still dirty, and parts of apartment not cleaned properly but house keeping were quick to address these issues and were very apologetic

Excellent location literally across the road from Surfers Paradise Beach, and 5 min walk to cafes and mall. Loved the sea view from kitchen, lounge and bedroom windows. Very spacious lounge/dining and kitchen which was great for 4 adult sized people. Well equipped bathroom and ensuite. Ceiling fans much needed on warm nights. Our teen boys made the most of the indoor heated pool (it was bit chilly to enjoy outdoor one but it looked beautiful). Us adults enjoyed spa, heated pool and sauna.

Kitchen bench was a little tired in one place. Otherwise excellent.

proximity to the beach

wifi/internet access is not included which isn’t very clear when you make the booking , they do have access to internet but you have to register with their umbrella companies reward system and after doing that the internet service wasn’t working because there was an outage in the Goldcoast so through-out the entire stay we were using our mobile data which wasn’t a huge deal but if anyone else will need proper access to internet this is definitely something to consider . Jacuzzi wasn’t working also but that’s a luxury to be fair the internet is a necessity and I truly believe in 2023 it’s about as important as running water

Fantastic beachfront location with uninterrupted ocean views. A spacious, clean apartment. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants but quiet and relaxing location. It is walking distance to Cavill Avenue and all that Surfers Paradise has to offer, but out of the hustle and bustle. The light rail/tram behind the apartment block was super convenient. We very easily caught an airport bus and then the light rail from the airport to the apartment. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment. It was reasonably priced for the location and size. Very modern and plenty of space. If you had a family you had your own laundry with everything, Fabulous.

I tripped on some ridges in the floor tiles throughout as the tiles were all the one pattern but had slight rims/rises in different areas. Hit the toe at least twice! Maybe a strip to identify these would be good. Apart from this nothing really.

Location was excellent, directly across the road from patrolled beach. Facilities were clean and the outdoor pool area was peaceful, water temp perfect with sun lounges as well as BBQ area - shaded areas available all times of the day. Our room was 11C, great views of the ocean from every room - the view was mainly north facing. The room was very clean, with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Room was large and airy. Air con worked well and was reasonably quiet. Lovely kitchen area.

Bathroom was a bit dated and needed minor repairs. Plastic ring around drain kept coming adrift. Grout needed to be cleaned. Bathroom cupboard was slightly grubby. One window looked out to the back of the air con unit - need a cover up to block = curtain or divider Initial receptionist was not very friendly and didn't inform me about wifi. Later receptionists I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

We loved our two bed unit, 2B the location and position was great. Right on the esplanade a very short walk to the Cypress Avenue tram stop. Easy to get to and from verywhere even the airport by public transport

The mid week clean let the stay down, as a previous owner of an AirBnB I know what need doing. The kitchen sink was shinier when we left than arrived. The bed linen and towels were changed but the hand basins were not cleaned the toilet cistern had dust on top the floors were not cleaned. This was an observation inside our unit. I am sorry for the owners paying for this service. Although not a critisism a few essentials such as salt/pepper. Paper towel and something for left over food could be provided

Great location, very large apartments with everything you need for self catering (microwave, oven, fridge, pots, pans etc) lovely ocean view, excellent well maintained facilities, short walk to the beautiful beach and Cavil Ave for restaurants, eating out options. Loved having access to a heated pool, sauna and spa in winter.

Room 7B is in need of urgent renovations - vanity in first bathroom rotting away, toilet in master bedroom did not flush properly, double mattress base in master bedroom torn and full of holes. We could not get the internet to work during our whole stay. The older, dark haired lady on reception was unhelpful and rude, the other blonde lady and gentleman very pleasant and friendly. 10 am check out too early. Dangerous looking/broken switches and plug outlets throughout apartment. Very loud garbage truck waking everyone up at 7:30 am every morning haha

Close to patrolled beach, great view of the unit, spacious unit, good facilities such as heated pool, spa and sauna. Walking distance to everything in Surfers Paradise.

Noisy position, you could hear the loud echos of the waves as the balcony glass doors did not fully close to block out the sound. The bed pillows were uncomfortable and only blankets were provided. Shampoo and body wash were the same product.
