The staff were very friendly. The stay was very comfortable, the room was very neat with a nice bathroom attached. It was perfect for our one night stay while there for the Canungra rodeo. They were also very accommodating when arranging an early check in time

The hotel itself is above a restaurant/bar so check in was slightly confusing at the start, however staff were very friendly and approachable when asking questions. If you are booking this hotel, to check in just walk up to the bar and speak to one of the lovely staff and they will set you up!

Very impressed right from the get go a staff member was there and helped out and showed me where to go to get checked in very friendly and helpful staff the room was above and beyond expectations everything was explained and I was left with having to not ask any questions at all very impressed

The only thing that wasn't explained which isn't an issue and I worked it out easily was a meal options either in room or at sign in would of been awesome not a biggy

The location is great, close to shops cafe's etc. The restaurant is good with a wide variety of meals

The rooms are very comfy but for the price of $198 would like to have some hanging space & a full length mirror would be handy too! (maybe a single wardrobe with a mirror on the inside or outside of the door) The shower in room 5 was a good size, but very small in room 4 and could do with something to place your shampoo etc on instead of the upside down small rack that everything kept falling off!! whacked my head on the screen door every time I had to bend down to pick it up off the shower floor.

Beautifully located close to O'Reilly's vineyard. We were there before for a wedding and now are planning our own. It's ideal to stay and hire all rooms above the pub and they offer a courtesy bus to transport guests back and for to the vineyards. Rooms itself are small, but all newly renovated and historically kept with ensuites and a/c, tv. everything you need. The pub is very close to town, so you can walk easily there. Staff is very helpful. There is also a community room with microwave, toaster and fridge, lounge facilities.

It would be great to have an ironing board in the community lounge room for everyone's use and some coat hangers inside each room.

We like the ambience of the place - it was great!

We wished we had of been told there would be live music under our bedroom that went until midnight. We got home from our afternoon function at 8.30 and it was impossible to sleep with the noise of the music and the foul language of men underneath our window. Which we closed. But that didn’t make any difference.

We really enjoyed our stay all the staff at the Hotel were fantastic. From Check in and onwards. Nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was great and the facilities were very good, very clean rooms/bathroom and the communal area was a great idea.

Only negative would be that we asked for 2 rooms close to each other but were situated at opposite ends but considering the 2nd room was for our adult children probably not a bad thing after all

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The venue was clean and tidy and worked well for what we needed. We booked almost all the rooms out for our guests for our wedding.

We had a small misunderstanding with the courtesy bus for our dinner the night before the wedding but it was fixed promptly and we had fabulous service the night of the wedding.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff

After a long 8 hours drive we just wanted a cold beer. As I am a smoker I was a little disappointed there was only one table in smoking area, which being a Friday was already taken up by patrons. I understand that it is a busy day but we would have stayed downstairs for more drinks if I could just rest with a beer and ciggie.

We stayed here during the Canungra rodeo! It's a short 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to the rodeo. I was very impressed with the remodeled rooms and bathrooms within our room. Very comfy bed, nice bedding, and brand new bathroom with good water pressure.

The kitchen for the hotel closed a little earlier than we thought it would at 8:30 pm, so just something to be aware of if you're going to be out during the day and maybe getting back a bit later, you'll want to grab food while you're out.

King Bed was divine, original touches with modern ensuite. Ate in the bistro and food was good with a very nice regional wine. Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. Even let me try a wine before I bought the bottle

Accommodation was only available on 1st floor and had to use stairs which was an issue for one of our group (but we managed).
