My little family of four liked the pools. The weather could be in whatever mood it wanted to be in and there was always a pool to swim in. We took advantage of all the extras including the gym, spa, steam, sauna and arcade. The supermarket is literally just there too. This was convenient for us. The theme parks were 20mins away. Lastly, we loved being in the heart of everything. So much to do and see and this property is in the midst of it all.

If you plan to go to Brisbane (we went to Eat Street) it is a good hour away. The fridge if I’m being picky. We stored drinks and water in the fridge overnight only to have room temperature drinks. So we just took advantage of the ice tray in the freezer. The freezer worked well.

The apartment is beautiful. The views of the city are stunning, both from the bedroom and also from the living room. The lift takes about 3 or 4 seconds from 4 levels below ground to get to the 14th floor. Everything was very clean, modern, beautiful.

The car parking is extremely confusing the first time you try to find your spot. You'd probably be better off asking in reception how to get to your spot, rather than trying to work it out yourself first time. However once you know how it works, its fine. Its just the very first experience of trying to work out the difference between the north tower and south tower entrances, parking entrances, exits etc is a real pain.

Stayed for 9 days with my husband, MIL, and 18 month old, the apartment had a portacot and highchair ideal for our little boy. Fab location being near the beach, the tram and many food and bev options or tourist attractions. The buildings facilities of spa and mulitiple pools was great with changing weather. Neighbors in the building were friendly and considorate. Beautiful views from the apartment day and night. Great with central parking and having a supermarket at your doorstep. A perfect home away from home. The owners communication was very helpful to keep the whole booking simple. Will book again in the future.

No negitives with this accommodation. Any issues and the owners were incredible to deal with. Only issue was me forgetting my belongings on departure. But the staff were AMAZING!!

The apartment was great. My family were spread out across the building (booking their own accommodation) and our apartment was definitely the best out of them all. It had everything you needed - coffee machine, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, handwash and body washes etc. The furniture is stylish and cosy and the apartment was clean. Beds are comfortable. Beautiful views. The apartment floor was lovely and quiet. Communication with Maria was easy and she was very accommodating. You do have to pick up your keys from a separate location further down the road but it was easy to find and very easy to do.

This was an extremely easy process to collect keys and access the apartment. I received a text message the morning of my arrival with a very detailed message of where to collect the keys, how/where to park, what numbers i needed to call if i needed help and even had map links direct to the location (keys are kept/to be picked up about 5 mins away from hotel). The apartment was really big and clean. The view is spectacular! The location is pretty much dead centre of everywhere you need to be. The price was amazing for what we received! We even got a cute Welcome sign.

Finding a carpark to retrieve/return the keys was a bit hard (only as i went in peak hour times), and finding the carpark number in the guests carpark was difficult for me. The carpark itself was easy to get to and had a really good carpark close to the elevators.

We loved the spacious area and the amazing location of the hotel! We had absolutely everything that we needed and our host Maria was so amazing!

We were unaware until the day before to collect the keys from a convenience store about 5 mins walk which was a bit frustrating after a long day of travelling and carrying all our bags. We also had some friendly critters visit us as the hotel was undergoing their pest control, which was completely fine but just unfortunate for our stay! We told Maria and she was the most lovely person ever and looked after all our concerns!

Maria our host was super quick to respond to requests, key collection was easy and instructions provided for the apartment were very easy to follow. Great having free car parking in such a central location. Apartment was lovely and modern with a beautiful view from the balcony and main bedroom. Maria provided extras to get us started for our stay which was very helpful. Location is very convenient to everything: shops, beach, supermarket, main road to other beaches. The hotel facilities provided were all you need for a family holiday.

The location is fantastic, beautiful apartment and view from the room. The kids enjoyed the pool area. We appreciated the free wifi, the laundry facilities and the full kitchen.

We had a problem with the door lock while we were staying. The hosts were very apologetic and did their best to fix the issue. However because this is a private apartment rental, the main lobby staff, security, etc were not willing to help us at all. This wasn't the fault of our hosts but it did mean the issue took longer to fix. Good to be aware of this.

Great location, good facilities. Nice touch with the welcome sign.

Would have loved some normal English breakfast tea as well as the coffee pods supplied. There were no dishwasher pods and the microwave seemed to have an issue beeping at random times to the pint that we had to unplug.

Location is perfect for shopping and restaurants in surfers short walk to the beach - fabulous river views. Great to be able to use pools in both south & north tower. Gift on arrival a nice touch & condiments fir cooking & tea, coffee & jam great. Great communication from host 🤗

Mattress could do with a topper to make it more comfortable.
