The location is very convenient for access to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and the beach. The apartments are well appointed and comfortable and the views to the hinterland are magnificent and much better than paying extra to face the sea.

Only one complaint. Before departing South Africa I sought clear instructions on how to obtain the keys on arrival at 10:30 pm. I did not want any problems after travelling for 30 hours. I was told not to worry and that clear instructions would be provided on arrival. On landing at Brisbane at 8 pm I called the number given and was told to ring the buzzer at the front door when I arrived at the property. The buzzer was defective, the number I had called earlier was answered and then the line dropped. Long story short, it took 45 minutes to obtain the keys and not what was needed after such a long journey. The staff were apologetic the next day and waived the car parking fee but it was still unwanted stress. I believe that the job of receiving late night arrivals is outsourced.

Excellent views from our ocean view apartment

The kitchen appliances need to be upgraded especially the toaster, there was no spare garbage bags.

This place was more than words can say . My view was beachside and waking up every morning watching whales was just beautiful. We stayed for 5 days and everything was accessible from Woolworths to restaurants to cruises on the river . SeaWorld was only a few minutes up the road and trams were constant so you could travel around . The staff were so friendly as well . 10 out of 10 stay and recommend anyone to stay .

Nothing it was perfect

The views were spectacular, nice view of the city and you could see the ocean from pretty much everywhere in the apartment. From the 43rd floor. Very close to everything and the heated pool and gym where very big The door to Woolies’s is about 10 meters from the door to the north tower. Very awesome

The shower never stayed at one temperature. Stayed for 4 nights and every shower I took it just went from boiling hot to freezing cold non stop on its own. Wasnt nice showering. was also really low, my head was hitting it and I’m only 6 foot. the dishwasher is very weak and quite small, only 2 tablets provided. Can’t use your own tablets either. But other than that it was beautiful.

Staff were friendly but could improve when being approached with problems/queries/concerns. Our room had an odd lingering smell during duration of stay. Which they said they could do nothing about. No air freshener or nothing. We tried to air it out but still lingered. Besides that everything was perfect

I loved the spacious room, view, kitchen facilities. The cinema room was fun and I love that it was so close to everything.

I think the seal In the bedroom window may be faulty as we could hear the noise from the street coming through quite loudly. The rest of the apartment was sound proofed ok. The spa bath jet is faulty, the one at the end shoots the water up really high and none of the buttons would adjust the flow. The other ones were working ok but it meant I could use the spa on as the jet was to uncomfortable and water went everywhere

EVERYTHING! From the check in we were very impressed. Upgraded to corner apartment 1211 and honestly couldn’t fault anything! Absolutely amazing stay and will definitely be returning. This was our first holiday as a family with our 10 month old son and loved every minute of it. It felt like home away from home.

Not even a problem but the bed mattress was hard, just needs a mattress topper..

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Walking distance to shops, eateries, the beach, and public transport. The layout of the apartment was good; it meant our toddler could sleep in the bedroom and we could be in the living room without disturbing her.

Due to the location it was very noisy, even at nighttime. The windows were only single glazed and have only roller blinds, not actual curtains. They really need double glazing and blockout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was great.

The location is perfect. Easy access to shops, the beach, attractions. Walking distance to so much. And we had a 24/7 view of the beach. Will book it again. The lifts were super fast to our level 14. Staff were efficient and very friendly - keen to help us.

It would have been better if the spa bath had a mat to prevent slipping. The white tiles in the bathroom were very slippery, and the small cost of a suction mat would have addressed this issue.
