perfect location and good facilities in the property. Reception, lifts and pool/spa areas were very clean. We enjoyed our time there and found the size of the apartment perfect for our family.

the apartment was a bit dated, lots of cracked tiles, aging furnishings etc. The outdoor pool area had lots of cracked, broken tiles as well. Unfortunately we had brown rusty like water one morning for a few hours which was a bit alarming. Some neighbours on the same floor must have been cooking in their apartment without opening any windows because the hallway and lift lobby had a terrible smell for about 2 days.

The apartment its self was lovely. It was clean, beautiful views of the ocean. Plenty big enough for four adults.

Picking the keys up from a locked box which is on at the same location. It was a disaster. First couldn’t find the locked box. Then when a kind gentleman from another shop helped the Pin No didn’t work. To add more stress to the situation there was no parking available at the time. Unfortunately there was a huge downpour of rain which didn’t help. Called the number supplied & she was unable to find our details. After 40 mins thankfully another lady came along had no problem unlocking the Locked Box & she graciously got our keys out for us. Not happy!!

The location was excellent, we were literally straight across from the beach and the views from the apartment were awesome. The apartment was well equipped and provided everything we needed. The shops, cafes and public transport were only a short walk. The apartment was spacious easily accommodating our group. The parking was excellent. the pool was excellent.

We had no access to the gymnasium.

A well located 2 bed unit.This is an older apartment so has more space than new builds.Has a wrap around balcony with both beach and river views and gets all day sun.

It probably needed a re inventory of kitchen utensils and a clean out of the mis matched items.The fridge freezer was not level and the door swung open if not held.We were there for 3 weeks so these failings magnified.If you only doing a 3 or 4 day stay everything would have been fine.

We have stayed in Surfers Paradise multiple times and this apartment was the best view and location by far. We could see both the ocean and the hills from our balcony. The apartment was on the doorset to Cavill Avenue and this was fantastic for us with children.

Great apartment just needed a bit of TLC

Perfect location, everything you need is in walking distance! Beach is right across the road. Apartment had amazing views but was very dated. Another bonus we hadn't thought about was being in the south east side we didn't get the full sun like the other side did. It meant the apartment stayed really cool.

Bathroom need a serious do over. Carpets could with a clean or replacing. Advetised Photos didn't give a true representation of the apartment.

Location - 1 min walk to beach View = Whale watching from veranda, perfect sunrises each morning and sun sets each night beds = were the most comfortable i have slept on, they were incredible

If you are after a shiny new apartment, this is not for you, if you are a classic and like older things you wont have an issue at all, the apartment was perfect for our family, it had space we all had our own rooms, to be able to cook for an allergy child whilst watching the waves roll in was amazing, doors could open so you can get fresh sea air, but building was old and tired, if you can look past that you will have a magnificent holiday

Size of apartment was larger than average. The location was wonderful and we didn't need to get the car out at all. Being directly opposite the beach meant amazing views.

Parking was odd because the numbering of the parking spaces was quite random, and we drove around a bit until we found our allocated spot. Actually though we ended up laughing at the quirkiness of this seeming lack of a system in the numbering.

Love staying here, was a couple of streets over from the main street and right on the waterfront so perfect spot to be at, within walking distance of everything, stayed here a couple of times now and each time my family and I have loved it and been blow away but the apartments, facilities and views, would recommend staying here always so cheap too

Absolutely loved the location, everything was within walking distance and size of the apartment was perfect for us, not to mention the amazing uninterrupted view of the ocean! Beds & pillows were super comfortable!

Unfortunately the jugs in the kitchen werent clean/usuable, we ended up buying our own to use. The main bathroom shower flooded, leaving water everywhere when used, and the ensuite shower had 0 water pressure.
