The apartment had everything we needed to make our 5-night stay comfortable.

- Limited supply of coffee/tea/sugar, dishwashing tablet (only 1), toilet paper roll (only 1). - Microwave was on a shelf above the counter and when you open the door, it was blocking you because it only opens 90 deg. It was quite hard to put stuff in. I'm a bit tall (168cm) but I still had to stand on tiptoes so I could put things in. If you don't use the microwave a lot it won't bother you. - This is the first place I've ever stayed at anywhere (in and outside Australia) where we had to pack up and throw out our own rubbish, and wash and put away everything we used in the kitchen for fear of being charged a cleaning fee which they can take out of the $200 bond that you have to pay when you check-in. It's an extra hassle given you need to pack your stuff and be out by 10am.

Now if youre looking for a five star hotel please go to the langham and pay 400-500 plus a night. 😁 but if your looking for a reasonably priced bang for your buck self service apartment this is your winner. Ive been to 4 star hotels looking worse then this place so i will say you pay for what you get but the customer service the owners provide you actually get even more then what you pay. They are super friendly and make you feel invited. When you first arrive they give a you very detailed quick overview of the area which is super helpful explaining transport nearest supermarket beach etc. You need to pay 200 bond you get back a week after your stay no big deal. You get a key card you swipe for door entry into apartment corridors and standard key for your door. Its clean probably cleaner then your average house but if your ocd just go by some cleaning wipes no big deal.. No weird smells place super safe beds beautifully made and super comfy yes these apartments arent modern but theyre homely mid 90s early 2000s design? Thankfully not the 70s😅. Youve got everything you need. Plus enough toiletries for 24 hours as stated which gives you plenty of time to go shopping we walked to oasis countdown first day of arrival. Tv was MASSIVE!! Shower good pressure. Having washing machine and dryer is great. The pool was amazing spa not burning clean great lights at night and the tall black white building looks like r2t2s father 🤣 its pretty quite at night so you can get a great nights sleep be warned though sun comes up around 4 5 am so no sleeping in if your light sensitive like me. We had the best time the owner's *wife and husband* are really lovely people. Im definitely staying here again my family loved staying. So id like to thank the owners for giving us such a wonderful family time bless you all. 🌸🙏 and hope youll have a wonderful Christmas were so grateful for the memories. 😊

Off the main part of the Gold Coast. The tram was just around the corner making travel very easy. Although the Santana is quite old the units are a good size. Good appliances. Friendly management. Could do with a new carpet, kitchen renovation, and bathroom.

As this is quite an elderly complex there were a couple of problems for people with mobility problems. We stayed on the ground floor. Access to the complex is via six steps up from the street. Main problem for me was the shower over the bath. Very difficult for elderly people.

I couldn't fault this place, it had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, beautiful room, bath and the location was great right next to the tram stop. The spa, pool, bbq and games room were great facilities and I almost didn't want to leave the resort. The owners were bubbly and helpful with everything we needed. 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

The only slight inconvenience was the stairs but it was only two flights so not a big deal.

Close to tram services. A little back from the busy highway. All night service-station close by. Quiet and shady surroundings. Parks nearby. Good sized bedroom, kitchen and lounge areas. Washing machine and dryer provided. Large fridge, stove and cook top handy. Ceiling fans were adequate for cooling. Short walk to large shopping centre and supermarkets.

Be aware that it is a self-serviced apartment so cleaning, rubbish removal and top up of consumables are occupant's responsibility.

The spa and pool were amazing, open from 7am - 9pm. The view was amazing too as we had a 2nd floor room. Public transport a 2 minute walk away.

Had to carry luggage up stairs as there is no elevator. Pay with coins to use games room.

It has everything for the price - bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. The pool was warm, spa was amazing during night time. Didn’t get to use the BBQ but wish we did.

There wasn’t any air vent for the bathroom so when we have to dry our clothes we will have to leave the windows open, build up condensation. Since we close it during we left it will smell the apartment up.

Ok. * The people running it are very nice. * Unit is close to rail & Broadbeach Bowls for poker. * Grounds are nicely kept & pleasant. * Pool was good.

The unit owner needs to fix Unit 33. It wouldn't be very hard or expensive & is deductable. * Condition of the actual unit was 'functional' with no a/c & malfunctioning fan & dryer. * The owner clearly resents spending money even on new handles or tap washers. * The water heater failed. I had no hot water all day, then no power that evening, as the unit main fuse then blew. * Repairs by the electrician (good!), even with a bit of help by me, took ~2 hours. * The desk "comped me" an hour late check-out. This didn't feel much for what it was.

Location was good it was quiet yet close to beach and restaurants. Santana Resort suited me as a senior citizen.

I have difficulty with climbing stairs. I asked for a gound floor unit which I received. However the ground floor was only accessable by climbing up five stairs. One of the blinds only opened up half way. It was stuck and needed to be replaced.
