Nice trees and shade away from the sun we stayed in unit 12 on the first floor, apartment was modern and renovated, good tv, wifi was fast, laundry in room very helpful, pool was small but good as no one was ever using it, air con worked good and fan in bedroom, location easy mid way between surfers and Broadbeach and a block to the beach

Limited kitchen equipment, broken freezer baskets didn’t slide in and out well, we were supplied clean towels mid stay but no sheet change for a 10 day stay, couch was very dirty and needs a clean, vacuum cleaner was full and jammed in head needed cleaning, mosquitos if you leave screens open but screens work well and a candle was supplied to deter

Yes, we did enjoy our stay. Good location, roomy. Pool was great, clean as was the entranceway and walkway to apartments. I couldn't find the recycling bins!

We didn't like not having a comfortable couch or recliners in the lounge. Also could've done with decent outdoor seats on the patio, we couldn't relax out there at all. We can say that the noise from the construction site next door was bearable and no worries from us there. The shower head kept falling off its holder. The heat pump did not throw out any heat, we did have a couple of much cooler days so would've been good had it been working.

The location was fantastic and within walking distance to most places we wanted to go to. The Apartment had ample room and was completely comfortable for our stay. The G-Link was just around the corner and a great Deli was 2 blocks away. The main purpose of our visit was to go to the World Bowls and the Broadbeach Bowling Club was just 2 blocks away.

Unfortunately there was a building site beside the resort and our room was quite close. We understand Management had no control over this. Fortunately we weren't in our apartment during the day and by the time we arrived home the builders had finished for the day.

The location was excellent and quiet ..The apartment was clean and had all that you needed ...I would definitely stay here again .Special mention to Phillip, the manager , who was helpful ..I asked for red wine glasses and sure thing it was delivered promptly..I also asked for a hair dryer . Because there wasnt one in the room . ..And a new hair dryer in packet was in the room , next morning ....prompt service to satisfy the guest ..impressive .. .

The location was excellent with plenty of nearby amenities. Parking underground was very convenient. Everything you could want for a three night stay at a low price. Excellent service and communication from Phillip he made the difference as his instructions were clear and we always felt if we had a problem he was there to help.

Everything was fine I would have to work hard to find something that was unsatisfactory.

Apartment was in an ideal location only 30 mins walk to surfers paradise one way and broadbeach the other way. Or a 10 min bus journey which you could catch from the end of the street. Had all the amenities for a week stay - cooker, stovetop, washing machine/dryer with complimentary washing powder etc. Aircon worked fine in the room. Even had kookaburras come to visit on the balcony some days! Would stay her again if I am in Gold Coast

The location was quiet and close to the Broadbeach. The nights were getting cooler but the aircon was enough to heat the rooms. Has a microwave and fridge with milk. Lovely hot water showers.

A roof leak in the kitchen above the sink appeared due to heavy rain on the day we arrived. The host informed us and we checked it out. We took a risk and stayed. Only had some leaking and dripping for about 45mins one night when the heavy rain came.

The apartment is really clean and well kept. Beds and sofa were quite comfortable. Double rooms were connected by stairs which was useful and double balcony a plus. Minor maintenance needs to be done on a towel rack in the lower bathroom but otherwise the showers were great! Kitchen facilities were quite adequate with detergent provided, quite useful. Paul had provided us with mineral water and milk on our first day which really helped when we checked in late at midnight! Big thanks! Location was perfect with the beach within safe walking distance. Ample secure carpark space under the building. Will definitely stay again.

The ceiling whilst great to have, is quite low. So tall folks need to be careful or if you are stretching your arms up...might lose a few fingers. We were woken up daily by the construction activities that is happening currently. Also don't feel as private with the full view of the workers.. Can't do much until the building work is finished..likely for another few months.

Great location. Quiet. Close to beach, cafes and tram. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Good air con Felt very safe in a good area.

The stairs were a bit of an issue when I arrived. Had to haul up my Suitcase and golf clubs up two flights of stairs after a long day of travelling.

Great location, friendly staff and reasonable price. Stayed in one of their refurbished rooms and absolutely loved it. Fully fitted and functional, more than satisfied with our stay. Will be coming back again in the future.

No blackout curtains in the living room area so not a lot of privacy at night, as you could easily see inside if lights were on. Shower head was a little loose, but nothing serious. Overall no significant complaints.
