It was a nice 1 bedroom unit. They made up an extra bed/cot for my daughter. The view from the balcony at night was absolutely amazing. The pools were all lit up with lights. There was so much to do there. Swimming, cinema, mini golf. Kids Club was a big favourite of my kids, so I was able to enjoy the adults only pool. Which was amazing. A fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom with a bath. The restaurants food was so delicious.

I didn't like the 3 to 4 flights of stairs up to my unit. Also the bed wasn't very comfortable and the sun beamed in at 5am each morning. The pools and spas over the time we were there were dirty and cloudy. But overall good.

If you want an easy holiday with kids, this is it. Supermarket on your doorstep, plenty of pools, slides etc to keep everyone happy, mini golf, play ground, kids club, secure parking. Rooms are a great size for families. Restaurant perfect for families with plenty of options to choose from. Grounds were beautiful, well maintained. Handy having washing machine and dryer. We would definitely return. Rooms aren't serviced but that didn't matter, just more products to help self service would be appreciated. See feedback above.

Rooms dated but thats what I expected from reading other reviews. In need of a deep clean and refurbish, but in saying that, it did mean you could relax a little more with kids as it was a well used room. I.e there was already plenty of crumbs etc under couch cushions, cushions actually smelled. Shower doors really difficult to open and close in master ensuite. We were there 6 nights so needed to buy more dishwasher tablets and laundry powder. A spray and wipe for surfaces and extra dish clothes would be appreciated too.

Great location, just a little walk to the great beach. Kids loved all the pools, sauna, water park, cinema and mini golf. Gym is okay, a bit smelly and without any windows, not all equipment is in working order. Apartment was pretty spacious, well equipped and everything in working order. Comfy beds, hot showers, great kitchen, well equipped. We were staying ten nights, so we got serviced after a few days in and got fresh towels, toilet paper and so on. Tennis, Basket Ball, Mini Golf and Pool towels are extra. Event hough we had the murder happening in front of the resort, we felt always safe and secure. Wollies is just next door, as well as a bottle shop, across the road even more cafes, fish and chip shops and lots more.

It was really dusty in every corner at the apartment and the couch smelled really bad like urine. But after a deep clean from the staff it was okay. I had to clean the washing machine before the first use. There are no elevators in the building, just stairs. Unfortunately our rooms faced the main road and it was under road construction and work started at 11 pm till 1 am.

I loved it! The staff were awesome, The pools were everywhere for all ages. The cafe was awesome! The big screen TV was cool, swim zone was another cool attraction & Mini Golf, which we ran out of time to play with the children, but it looked cool. The grocery store was just next door & very convenient as well. Not far anything, too. We all had a fantastic time! We definitely will be back!!.😊

The only thing I didn't was the road works lol going on & there was a unpleasant smell coming from ground level cause from other people staying & doing naughty things on their verandah .

We loved our stay

We didn’t like that we weren’t aware that our apartment would be split upstairs and downstairs, last time we stayed it was 1 level but this was online a two bedrooms, where this latest stay it was three bedrooms, we have a toddler who was in a cot and fell down the stairs a couple of times. They were not severe falls and we were always very close by to catch or support the kids, but the stairs were somewhat of a hazard, it would have been good to know so we could have found out if other rooms were available that suited our situation with young children.

How spacious the rooms were and the facilities really suited our family needs. Washing machine and dryer in the room were extremely handy.

The bathrooms needed a little bit of love and a good scrubbing on the shower screens. Hot water was hit and miss in the shower. I think they should supply more everyday items like dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, washing powder and dishwasher powder so that people who have travelled via plane don’t have to buy these then cart them home again to add more weight. Sample packs they supplied (x2 each) were great but perhaps one more of each would have been sufficient for a week long stay with children. At the very least make the sample packs available for purchase rather than big items that you just wouldn’t use in the time you are there.

I loved the convenience of everything. Beautiful environment and just a easy get away! The staff were awesome 👌 Kids club was great! The apartment was everything we needed 🙌 Having the supermarket right next door was so handy and having the deck (resturant) in the resort was fantastic after a long day and not wanting to cook. Loved the choices with all the pools. Just a fantastic place 😁

The first night we were put in a room facing the highway which had night works ALL NIGHT! Was terrible! But reception apologised and changed our room and then everything was spectacular 🙌 they were so polite and friendly and didn't make us feel like a burden and very apologetic about the loud night we had.

Having different size and depths to the pools was fantastic, and they were clean. I'm glad they were heated. The gardens surrounding the pathways were lovely. The closeness to the supermarket, coffee shops and beach really made staying here easy.

The water splash zone was not heated so the children didn't want to go to it. It was also only for children 10 and under so half of our group were unable to participate. One night guard while very friendly and informative spoke for a long time at our 11.30pm arrival. Our friends had the opposite experience with a different night guard who didn't give them a map or any information at all.

I loved everything about this resort the location was perfect close to everything the rooms were very clean really nice food at the restaurant and the water park and pools were a major hit for my kids they had a ball and I can definitely say we will be back since I was diagnosed with terminal cancer we come up every 2 to 3 weeks now and spend some quality time with the kids while I'm still well enough so this will be the place that we will be stay n at whenever we come back up thank u so very much for the lovely stay we loved every minute of our stay thank u so very much

There was nothing I did not like

Great location - apartments were easy access to car park, front reception, restaurants, cafes and the beach. There is a decent little sauna too! Amazing Thai restaurant called More Thai is close by and a cheesecake shop and Cafe next door for birthday cakes and morning coffees. The area felt safe. Definitely need 2 nights minimum here - one day to explore inside the resort and another to explore outside the resort. The Splash Zone, which is the mini waterpark doesn't open until 10am, so if you're only staying 1 night be sure the kids do this on the first day.

I searched for accommodation for 4 adults and 1 child. The superior Two-Bedroom Apartment popped up. It contained one queen bed and two single beds. Later, we were then told from Turtle Resort that we'd need to pay for an extra bed because we had 5 people and not 4. This left a sour feeling as the search results via Booking.com indicated that the accommodation and what I paid for would be suitable for 4 adults and 1 child. The child slept in the Queen bed with the parents, which was always going to happen. Perhaps this is standard as I haven't booked accommodation for a child before? Be aware!
