Loved the area, it felt very safe, friendly and welcoming. We stayed at a hotel before here and certainly didn’t like it as much as we loved Nobby Beach Holiday Park. The guests were all happy and kind, the staff were beyond lovely (even helped us stuff two big teddies we won into vacuum bags!). The services were great and I am so grateful to them for upgrading not only us but also my grandparents room too which made such a big difference to them. We were all put together closely and loved the fact they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need. By far the most outstanding service we received over the whole trip, their customer service was exceptional.

Only a very very minor thing was that there wasn’t too much space on the sides of the queen bed to walk between but it wasn’t an issue - more of a very small inconvenience. Everything else certainly made up for it!

The instant fresh clean smell when you open the door to the basic studio room and the building is over 20 yrs old .. my daughter loved the ninja playground and extremely loved and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water slide which was perfectly heated at beautiful 28 being winter was perfect..

The power cord for electric frypan in room didn't not fit the actual fry pan and there was no egg flip which makes cooking pancakes for breakfast a little difficult And out of all the communication which was fantastic and a lil repetitive Ithere was only one message that mentioned current road closure and directions to new entrance. Which was the one message that was missed in all of the other emails.

The facilities were great, staff were friendly and we received a free room upgrade which was a nice bonus. Good location only a short walk from the beach/shops and a short drive from larger shopping centres etc. good base location to do day trips to gold coast attractions.

The floors in the room felt a little sticky/grippy, I think they might need a good steam clean/scrub. Our room was right next to the main road which was quite noisy when trying to sleep at night. Throughout our stay we also encountered cockroaches throughout our accommodation, many small ones throughout the kitchen area and kitchen cupboards. This was reported to reception upon checkout to ensure that the villa could be treated prior to the next booking.

Kids loved the pool/slide and bunks. Good value for money, security gates, etc, were great. The staff were awesome. Every staff member I encountered was polite and helpful. The customer service alone was great 👍🏻 Definitely recommend families and anyone really.

Just minor things that didn't matter, but just FYI for improvement or feedback. No salt or pepper provided in room and none available at the kiosk. Although they tried to order more but no luck. Screen door hard to open and close so it ended up coming off the rail. The neighboring unit had a kid bouncing a ball at 6am and it echoed/vibrated through our unit and woke us up. Not sure what could be done about that but just an FYI. Wifi is so bad. We couldn't watch the TV properly just kept cutting out. Couldn't use wifi in our room either because it wasn't connecting at all so we had to use our own Hotspot for kids ipads. OVERALL nothing too bad that would stop me from recommending his place. It was a good stay thanks 😊

The facilities for the kids were great, two playgrounds to cater for younger and older children

The slides and pool closing so early made it hard for family’s that got home after a day out all the families I noticed came to the pool the slide was shut at 5pm and the pool not long after, we chose to stay and spend double specially for the facilities so it was a bit of a let down , we travel a lot and have never stayed somewhere that has closed them so early

My family camped and our experience was excellent. There was plenty of activities for the kids of all ages and the activities the village put on for the kids in the lead up to Christmas was wonderful. The whole atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, the staff were responsive, helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again in future. Y

Pool opening times could have been earlier

We enjoyed the Holiday Village and its amenities! It had everything that is highly recommended for families! The local shops are a short walk from the holiday village.

Although, the pool area had a small area for little kids to use, it would have been nice to see an appropriate water slide for the kids. But, other than that, it was still fun for us!

Check in was a breeze! Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. There were some activities on over the school holidays- a reptile show, ice cream eating competitions, food vans and a visit from Santa. Huge family atmosphere and lots to do- games room, ninja climbing area, water slide and park plus the beach and shops are just around the corner. Shared amenities were also very clean and tidy! Room had a smart TV that I was able to connect my phone wifi to which was very convenient.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and rooms a little out dated.

I recognized that I booked a site rather than a room unfortunately after I arrived here. Hence, I need to have my camp equipment to have a rest. The reception staff Nikki helped me a lot. She coordinated a room for me and introduced in great detail about how to go to the room as the park is large. Besides, she introduced the services and facilities in the park clearly and carefully. The park is good for family visit, friends visit and camp lovers. Around the park, there are beaches taken 5 minutes on foot, restaurants and small shops. A great place to have a journey with higher cost performance.

Absolutely superb, great value and very peaceful on a mid week stay. Comfy beds, great facilities Walking distance to the beach. A short drive to an outstanding vegetarian restaurant that is very popular with locals.... Easy House, Mermaid Beach, byo allowed and there is a bws on the way. Try the XO noodle starter and you will dream about it! They make most of their dumplings, sauces, alternative proteins from scratch. We'll be back.... We missed our on going on the waterslide this time, so we have to go back ha ha
