As a family who love the beach, these were perfect self catering apartments that were 10 second walk from the beach.. Apartments were spacious, and we felt like we could make ourselves at home. They were quiet too. The pool and BBQ area are great size and clean. Carparking in the secure garage was easy. This will be our "go to" accommodation from now on when we are on the Gold Coast.

Could have done with 2x sets of keys rather than one.

Apartments were great I was a bit worried after reading the reviews but it was fantastic we had a 2 week stay the apartment was clean and had everything we needed pls don't take any notice of any of the bad reviews the only thing I did have to ask them to do was clean the ceiling fan in the living room as it did have a lot of dust on it and my daughter suffers with asthma they came straight away and did it perfectly

Pool, gardens, access, parking, room size, location, beach access, quiet area, easy to access Gold Coast highway, atmosphere, staff, family vibe - everyone is friendly & kids love the pool and safe environment, foxtel, air con.

Lack of kitchen equipment and basic items supplied in unit by the unit owner. We had to buy basic stuff to accommodate our stay. Need to update supplies. Wifi is always touch and go at holiday resorts. One of our iPads could not get wifi for the entire stay which can be difficult with children.

The outside balcony and nooks was great you had your own personal space spa and pools was also great there was times where it felt like you had your own personal pool and spa even though they are shared facilities and very nice and friendly residents

Having to use keys consistently fob access would be nice

Great location. Unit had all the essentials for a short, medium & long term stay. Comfortable beds. Loved the fact we had a small garden entry at the back. The pool was well maintained & the grounds are extremely well kept. Friendly staff.

The oven wasn't clean, there was chewed gum stuck in the window sill of the 2nd bedroom & the back entry garden had empty cans & rubbish from previous guests. The water pressure was poor & the (what appeared to be) long term residents didn't make us feel welcome at all. Overall a decent stay but the cleaning crew need a kick up the butt.

Great apartment, easy access to all facilities. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, induction cook top all utensils and kitchenware provided saved on having to go out every night. Great view of pool and well maintained garden Kids loved the pool and spa Very wheelchair friendly 2 minute walk to the beach

Close to the beach and shops. Secured building friendly neighbourhood.

No mobile phone reception, security does become an issue if 2 people need to go out or come back in as there is no phone reception in the carpark at all.

Location, comfortable beds, Tropical garden views, Pool and BBQ areas were great, and enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing I didn't enjoy about the property.

Very quiet. Spacious apartment with a great heater. Excellent spa.

Could have had more tea and coffee upon arrival and dish washing soap. The staff were more than willing to oblige though.

Location was perfect, easy walk to the beach. Pool was refreshing. Internet was good. Having Foxtel was really useful at night. Having two bathrooms with two teenagers was a bonus.

I couldn’t really fault anything but if I was to be really picky the bins in the two bathrooms were very rusty. It would only take a couple of bucks to replace them. They looked disgusting. But otherwise we’re very happy with our stay. Also didn’t like people coming into our apartment to fix the dishwasher. We don’t use dishwashers so it was not an issue for us.
