I love this place for my fur babies. The fenced and grassed courtyard off the bedroom is amazing. No other accomodation has this. Makes my travelling life easier. My fur girls love it. When I cannot get one of the rooms with the courtyards, the big grassed area on the property is great to walk the girls around. Great water pressure. Adore the google chromes for the tvs. Staff are incredible. So supportive and understanding. I always stay here when I travel on my once/twice a year driving trip between FNQ and Sunshine Coast.

It was an older Motel and badly in need of a refurbishment; yet having said that the beds were comfy, we came in too late and left too early to do anything but sleep. We loved it, it was like sleeping at Grandmas House ( said in the nicest way possible) And we give you a True Blue 100% 👍 for the Staff, they, were Fantastic. Very cheerful, accommodating and attentive. Hubby and I had crumbed steak with fresh veggies and mushrooms sauce. Every morsel was delicious and the meal size was huge as well, but we ate just about everything.

We didn’t like just staying one night, when we come up again it will certainly be for a longer stop over.

Amanda from True Blue couldn't do enough for us. When there was a mix-up with our booking she worked tirelessly to accommodate us either at True Blue or another hotel or motel. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this motel and it would be our first choice for accommodation in Rockhampton every time. We ended up being able to stay there due to the flexibility of another guest and Amanda's beyond expected efforts to see that we were not disadvantaged. Unusually considerate customer service 5 stars!

Travelling with my puppy (Toy Cavoodle), you need to fit "dog friendly" places to stay. True Blue Motor Inn in Rockhampton has to be one of the best puppy friendly motels we have come across. Our room had a fully fenced "back garden" for my puppy to explore inside and outside freely and safely. The location was great, the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was very dog friendly. Thank you True Blue Motor Inn staff !!!

A great basic motel to stop over, pet friendly & yummy food, delivered to your room which was super convenient when we had been travelling all day We were travelling with a boat & there was room for parking which was secure & safe, this was definitely a bonus too

My dogs did escape from the doggy area so just be careful when your dogs are in there.

It was quiet considering how close it is to the highway. Large undercover parking. Restaurant meals well priced, good size & steak so tender & tasty. Staff very pleasant & accommodating. Room was basically clean.

We stay at True Blue Motor Inn every time we travel south. This is the first time we were a little disappointed in our room. The curtains were hanging off the rails. Light tubes missing from lights over bed. Soft chair in room was stained & sagging in seat & arm rests. Air con struggled. This room was showing signs of tiredness.

Super dog friendly, loved the little fenced yard and easy access to the hose. Good water pressure, clean, decent towels. Could park right in front of my room and wide parking space (undercover). lovely reception staff.

Minor things, would stay again regardless. Wish list: - no carpet. - full crockery and cutlery in the room rather than asking from reception. - full size fridge. - shower with the head on one of the hose things. - could not connect to the google chromecast in the room but this is likely on me.

it was everything we needed. I loved that there was a back area to the rooms so we didn’t have to deal with people smoking outside. it was super comfortable and I was really happy we could order dinner and breakfast.

Due to having babies in car and being on road all day would have been nice to have a quick check in considering all I needed was the keys (I waited for almost 10 minutes as lady was talking to other customers and although there was another person there for some reason she wasn’t able to help), this put a negative start to an otherwise positive experience.

My daughter left her favourite pillow there, within half an hour of checking out I had a call from one of the staff to say we’d left it behind. Everyone I interacted with during my stay were very polite and helpful Would definitely go back

It was a little bit out of the way for us personally, but that is my own fault for not checking the address.

I liked the little backyard for my pup and also that there was heaps of grass around the motel to walk him. As for the room it was huge and very tidy. I will definitely be back 👍🏻

The only thing I can think of is that there isn’t enough pet friendly rooms because I wanted to stay longer!
