Neat tidy, great amenities, well appointed kitchen. Convenient- close to near by tavern, shoppping centre and petrol station. Although on a main highway the room was very quiet with very comfortable bed. Professional and welcoming staff. We enjoyed our stay and will return again.

The shower base & tiles had some mould and requires extensive cleaning. Dust on lounge chairs, bedside table and inside wardrobe.

I stayed at Glenmore Palms motel for one night while travelling through Rockhampton, and it was both a delight and a relief. I have had a couple of not so good experiences in the town, with accommodation not up to what I was expecting for the star rating, but the Glenmore Palms has earned every one of its stars and more. The people at reception were helpful and kind. The room I stayed in was terrific - large, scrupulously clean and new. It was well appointed and roomy with a kitchenette area, separate table and chairs as well as lots of bench and luggage space and a separate cupboard. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was new and shiny and clean, it all worked and nothing was broken. It was sheer luxury. In addition there is a shopping centre next door with takeaway dinner options and I believe a supermarket although I didn't go in there. There is also a tavern a couple of doors up. You can order breakfast to your room, but I did not choose to do that this time. I will be back and I'm telling my friends the search for accomm in Rocky is over - stay at Glenmore Palms.

No hate, all good. It is fresh and amazing.

Staff were so lovely and inviting, the room was so beautiful cosy and homey, the WiFi was super fast the pool was beautiful if inly warm enough to swim in it cause I'm a chicken lol.

The only 2 thing I think could be changed or something is the parking cause for big cars like mine it was really difficult to get in and out when heaps of other people were there. And the beds they were not best don't get me wrong still got a good sleep but couldn't really get comfortable as I had a few springs in my side and my back

Absolutely amazing. It's exactly what you want in a motel. It's super clean, the beds are comfortable, the linen is crisp and the pillows are deluxe quality. I rented the unit with a kitchenette which included a fridge, microwave and sink - everything was still new or near new. The couple that run the place are also so accommodating and super kind and friendly - it's a legit professional establishment with a touch of home. It's also perfectly located and near all amenities. Highly recommended!!

We had a family room, it was spacious, stylish and very clean. The shower pressure was amazing. We had our own private courtyard. The location is perfect, got everything you need right next door, walking distance. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, kind and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

The only problem was there was no drain outside of the shower, the floor got really wet, especially having 3 children. Had to keep mopping it up with towels. Other then that, beautiful room

Really loved the friendly service and the fact it is run by a lovely family. The little additions we requested (toaster, cutlery & crockery,, dishwasher detergent and cloth, made the stay perfect. The location being so close to uni and shops was PERFECT for a student.

The sink being outside the bathroom , additional sink in the bathroom with another mirror would be great. Then you don't have teeth brushing & hair being done while making breakfast or dinner 👍😆 Other than that, it was great.

Staff were very friendly, room was very clean, neat and tidy. Rockhampton alone is a little sketchy and there was a tenant yelling at another man in the driveway when we arrived but this is no fault of the hotel. Toilet smelt bad of urine but looked clean ? So unsure where it was coming from. Walls joining rooms very thin- person next door kept tv on all night very loud but again this was not hotels fault

Very clean and well equipped rooms. Great shower. Foxtel was a real bonus as was the Tesla charger available. Staff could not have been more lovely.

The beds did make a lot of noise with every small movement trying to go to sleep but they were not uncomfortable. Next time would bring my own pillow.

Excellent location, right next to many food outlets. Manager was excellent. Facilities were decent. A little more care is needed in the bathroom. The shower and toilet were spotless but the high ceiling needed a wipe over in one area

Great location (could walk to a nearby bistro and other food outlets), quiet and friendly and very helpful at reception.

The Queen size bed was soft but the 'hole' in the middle of the bed made it uncomfortable for the 2nd person to sleep.
