Lots of people and good vibes; Goki app to open the door; Refreshing swimming pool with chairs&sunbed; Bar for drinks, food, music, activities and promos; Great location near shops, cafes, restaurants, only 20 minutes walking to the beach!

We had a private room, not a bunk bed in a dorm, but there was no room service: I mean just a quick clean on the floor would have been great since you go to the beach and come back so you are oblivious end up having lots of sand in the room; also there’s toiletries in the bathroom but the body wash was empty. There was some kind of a leak from the roof so when it rained it also rained in the room on my backpack so everything was wet. They could inform us about this issue so we would have placed our stuff somewhere else; We had cockroaches and worms in the room all the time; The laundry is more expensive than other hostels or caravan parks we have been so far. You can only pay by card and guess what? Card payment has also a surcharge!

Volleyballfield, free welcome drink, dorm had an own bathroom, parties right there with strict end, walking 10-15 min to either main Beach or Main Bus station

The kitchen is very packed in the evening, very high amount of guests there. Beds are not very stable and shaking, as almost everywhere in Australia. I partied two nights and both times their security was an absolut no-go. Extremely unfriendly, called me a bloody lucky bast*** because I came in with a passport copy (instead of original). Others were punched in their face and thrown to the ground outside. Got the same feedback from multiple other guests.

Great entertainment area, friendly and accommodating staff. No air-con and fans didn't work. Beds weren't assigned in dorms so was a little confusing upon arrival.

Most of the facilities were great value for money. The lack of airflow in accommodation was the main negative.

The facilities are good and make the hostel very sociable and lively. The staff are great; very accommodating and helpful since the moment I arrived (best customer service I've seen during my month in AUS) - special mention to Ana, who was kind, superhelpful with all my requests and questions, and always keeping a genuine smile.

Sockets in large dorms could be better distributed across the rooms

It was my first time solo traveling and I must say that I felt so welcomed , cozy , the whole hostel is so social that I didn’t even want to leave . I made so many friends , partied with them every evening , enjoyed surfing since the hostel is nearby beach .. rooms were clean and staff very friendly . I loved the program , it was soooo much fun and great way to meet new people !! The only advice I’d give you is to book Fraser Island upfront as most of the people will go there . I didn’t really plan it well and didn’t get the spot , so definitely do that !! 10/10, great experience ! Definitely wanna come back one day hah!

Loved everything about Nomads. We stayed here for 3 nights. This is our second stay here when travelling the east coast. We booked a private room this stay but have stayed in the dorm rooms and both were great, clean and ideal for what we wanted. The themed nights were great and all the promos at the bar/ kitchen were ideal! Location is perfect, few minutes walk from the bars/ restaurants and shops. 10 minute walk from the beach which is stunning.

No dislikes.

Super cool and friendly staff at the reception, good price, mostly clean rooms and bath rooms, enough power sockets, lockers in dorm rooms, nice common area if the weather is good, really cool events some nights

Messy kitchen, dirty washing machines, wifi only works at the bar, it’s a party hostel so it can get quite loud during the night but it’s mostly not too bad, also depending on your dorm mates you might have to be very tolerant towards drunk people who vomit at your toilet and don’t clean up after themselves, but it’s a party hostel soooo I guess you can’t blame any one too much

Location, good value for money and activities in the evenings. Girls at the front desk are nice and helpful.

The place has a bar/club and it’s the same place where you leave your luggage before checking in, which wasn’t very clean and stinky. Not much staff around and people are noisy after the party nights they organise. Toilets are in the bedrooms, however they don’t have a door to separate it from the dorm and also a bench or sth to leave your stuff in the showers.

Had an absolutely great time, the rooms/bathrooms were much cleaner than I thought they would bee and the beds were comfy enough even if they were pretty basic. Location was great too, close to everything. 5-10 mins walk to Main Beach

Stayed here for one night to see if I would like it to travel alone. Immediately met so many new people. We had so much fun and went to the bar of the accomodation. Wanted to book an extra night because I had so much fun but it was fully booked unfortunately. I would say go here if you want to party, maybe don’t go here if you want to sleep.
