We stayed as a group of 6 colleagues in 4 apartments. Exceptional apartments, friendly service and great systems to access, check in and check out. Courteous message left reminding check out procedures. Ability to contact staff 24/7. You felt as tho they cared about your stay which is so appreciated as a busy person working non stop. Very nice layout of apartments, easy to connect phone to TV and balcony off lounge area. Proper hairdryers are fantastic! Apartments right next to a small shopping village. Also great that the double appartments offered queen beds in each room as opposed to single beds. Lovely walk in robes with lots of cupboard space.

Coffee shop downstairs was exceptional and super friendly staff. My only wish is the coffee shop was open at 6am or that there was coffee pod machines in the apartments. I did find another coffee shop nearby open early however on weekdays. Problem with no hot water on one morning meaning I couldn't shower for work but staff moved to fix it immediately and it was soon working. Would have loved a fan on the ceiling of bedrooms but temperature was managed well by reverse cycle air con.

Easily located, booking, self check in and check out was easy and came with great communication through booking.com Fresh crispy white linen and beautifully clean apartment furniture with a tv in the kids room- which was great for the kids. Dishwasher, washing machine and Dryer are always a must with families and it was super helpful to have it all. We would definitely book again.

Next time I would ask for clearer instructions on how to use the convection microwave.

Beautifully clean apartments, including all the hallways and lift. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, big kitchens. Very quiet at all times. Excellent central location. Plenty of parking.

Could have done with a few more utensils (e.g. scissors), cutlery and crockery in the kitchen, and more dishwasher tabs. It would also have been really helpful to have a screen door on the balcony - So often we wanted to have the door open, and turn the air conditioning off, but the number of mozzies and other bugs made this impossible, which was a great shame.

Was very happy with all facets of the booking. The location was a little further away from where we thought it was but overall it was a great stay. Room & facilities were spotless and all in good working order. Staff were great and the morning coffee and breakfast downstairs in the cafe were worth getting out of bed a little earlier for.

We had a double booking which is proving difficult to refund but it is nothing to do with the property and all to do with booking.com UPDATE : booking.com has now provided a full refund so all is good in the world again.

The place was nice and new. Clean and tidy and very comfortable. Location was very good. Fully functioning kitchen Large fridge and cooking

I had to send a photo copy of my identity (licence) via non secure channels (sensitive personal information) and when mentioning my concerns to the manager they in no way responded to them. Booking is supposed to be secure via booking.com but these people reduced that security severely. The living area of the unit was not private as there were no blinds in 2 large door ways and the blinds they have are see through from the outside. The bedroom was nice and large but they chose to install a queen instead of a King.

It was very nice, only downside was the beds was a little hard for me and the guest accompanied me. Other then that not a complaint what so ever. Very handy little cafe with wonderful food attached to ground floor. Will definitely stay there again in a heartbeat. And possibly will be booking to stay there again somewhere in the near future. Also felt very home like with having a fridge, stove, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine which was all contained in the one apartment. Holiday apartment A+++ thanks heaps.

Beds is all but not that big of an issue what so ever

The location of Laguna in 7 Aubigny Street, East Toowoomba is great. It is located closed to the Toowoomba Grand Central Shopping Centre. Wonderful restaurants and Cafes are so close. The apartment was super clean. WIFI was perfect and high speed. All you need such as great home appliances are provided. It was amazing. I definitely recommend Laguna to everyone who wants to stay in Toowoomba and definitely will be back there. Thank you for the helpful and supportive staff.

Nothng, everything was over the expectations. I can not mention anything bad in Laguna. It is a wonderful place for short term and long term stay.

The apartment was very nice, comfortable and very clean. The 2 bedrooms were small but still very good for our stay. We liked the convenience and being able to self cater in the full size kitchen. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk was in the room. Parking in the Basement was perfect. Staff members on site and through message communication were really helpful and nice.

It was not a deal breaker, but the multiple doors in the bathroom, walk in wardrobe and toilet combination was definitely poorly designed.

We stayed at “Laguna on Aubigny” apartments which are 1 bedroom apartments closer to Queens Park. This bespoke complex offers privacy (only 5 units) and off street parking. The apartment was spacious and offered us an opportunity to wash and dry our clothes after a week’s holiday down the coast. A full range of cooking facilities was available and we cooked our own breakfast after purchasing ingredients from the nearby IGA supermarket. The private courtyard and covered patio were perfect for breakfast.

Close to town central Margaret street and Queen’s park for the carnival of Flowers. Quiet area Ground floor had an IGA market, eateries including Japanese and Chinese and bubble tea. Underground parking was a boon. Direct lift access to apartment floor. Apartment was big, clean and airy. Beds were firm with good pillow support. Bathrooms were big and interconnected between the 2 bedrooms. Small area for walk-in closet next to bath room Kitchen facilities were good to cook for a family Loved the washer and dryer
