The location is perfect and easy to get to, close to everything we needed and caught the Tram into the city which was easy to do. The room was serviced each morning of our stay. Great value for money considering prime events on in Adelaide with Pink and Festival events.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival, there was hair left on the base of the shower and bathroom floor, there was no spare roles of toilet paper left in the room and came close to running out.

Location and value for money free car parking spaces

No iron in room, table and chairs placed outside my door. Had people sit there drinking and smoking. But. Didn’t stay too long so was not so bad. Maybe make smoking area where the patrons of pokies smoke!!!! Was only half a dozen steps away.

Location was very convenient to Glenelg beach, it’s about a 20 minute walk away (but likely longer with small kids. Staff were generous with providing extra towels, bottled water and toilet paper. Although the property has wear and tear as you’d expect for its age, it was very clean and comfortable.

Bathroom had no lock, we had a screen door but it wouldn’t close properly, bathroom space is a bit small. small crack on side of ceiling in one room made above unit visible.

Good value for money, especially with the location to the beach. Perfectly good if you plan to spend most days out and about and just need a place to sleep.

Shower was a bit short but still usable.

It's a great little place to stay. It's close to the central part of Glenelg and has easy access to other parts of Adelaide, including the Marion shopping centre. The staff was very helpful. Has its pub as well as close to others, cafes and restaurants.

It was a return visit. I had stayed there previously. Really liked location and all the great shops nearby. I didnt eat there because I tried the nearby cafes

It met my expectations

Well located property , 10 min walk to the beach and pier. Booked family room for 4 adults - extremely generous in size. Beds were very comfortable, though bathroom was a little dated and small - and the water pressure not so good. All in all great value

The first rooms air conditioning wasn’t working but they changed our rooms to another which was fantastic

Good value on the car race weekend, and great location as we had a function to go to at the Holdfast hotel.

A/C was struggling on a very warm day.

Traveleld for work and not enough secure room for my trailer - also people using the pokies parked in front of our room quite often
