Location was fantastic and plenty for kids to do in warmer weather. Other than the previous comment, the cabin was spotless and modern, bright and well-equipped. The bunk beds were really great and it was impressive that all beds were supplied with linen for no extra charge. We would definitely stay here again if we could snag good rates in an off-peak time. The place is huge and the location is brilliant for an easy trek to the city by car or tram, plus Glenelg and Harbour Town are super close.

There was a pile of hair in the corner between the bed and the window left behind by previous occupants that hadn't been cleaned. The lights in the caravan park made the cabin quite bright inside even in the middle of the night which made it hard for some of us to sleep. The table and chairs set up was a bit squishy for all six of us but we managed.

I like the jumping pillows but now my knees hurt but it was so much but my knees preferred the flying fox was going to try the pool but my brain said no because I’m from Tassie. Check out a little bits and pieces of the site but not enough to see everything definitely will be back 😊

Need a few utensils in the house Didn’t have the go carts going The rock outside of 22 Freddys flying fish when you walk out in the dark my mate went flying over the rocks because there were no light around to see need little lights around to see the ground

The pool was very clean and big. Lots great playgrounds and Bbqs around the park. Amazing location and very easy access to the beach.

Capri Cabin we stayed in for 4 nights was riddled with ants. My children had to sleep in our bed as the bunk beds had ants in them. Chucked out a lot of food as ants got into it. Cabin wasn't clean. Felt dirty.

Love the facilities of this place! Definitely consider staying here, especially if you’re a family having a holiday. Kids would really enjoy the place since it has so many activities to offer. The location is near the beach so you can start your day with going for a walk along side the beach or even ride your bike

The rooms were super clean and the facilities were also great. The location is not far from Harbour Town shopping centre which means we just had to go down the road to get stuff. the park itself was very clean. We stayed in cabins and there was nothing wrong with them. They were exactly what we needed after traveling in the car and the plane all day

There was nothing I didn't like

Helpful staff, sensory room for children that need that sensory input/quite calm space . So much to do for the kids. Playground was awesome and the jumping pillow was a hit.

Everything sticking to the bbqs not matter how much oil you used.

Eco tent was great, had power, fridge, kettle, had basic supplies like cups, plates, cutlery. Heated pool was great as weather was very cold. Entertainment like bingo, craft, taekwondo were great.

Pump track and giant chess would be a good addition.

Location is exceptional with the boardwalk and beach. So many activities at the park as well as nearby for families. Facilities available were wonderful ie: the number of laundries were handy and the layout of the park gives a sense of space. Handy having food available for purchase at the park as well.

A lot of the washing machine machines and driers were out of order. Some aspects of the cabin required fixing ie TV remotes didn't work (we changes batteries and one worked but not the other), loose tap. Minor things really.

Facilities were amazing, especially the sensory room for my two children who have multiple disabilities. Loved how close it was to the city and to the beach. Loved the activity hub. Our cabin was beautiful and spacious. Oven, dishwasher, our own mini Webber BBQ.. great stay. Loved it. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The wifi was horrendous and didn't really work at all. We couldn't get it to connect to the TV and on our phones it wouldnt even stream ABC kids. But that's a very small negative in a long list of positives.

Loved the kid areas ,plenty of things for the kids to do. Liked the indoor play area for under fives and video area that was free . Grandson didn’t want to come in for meals as was having so much fun .

When coming in to reception high steps in ,didn’t see sign to say that there was a ramp at back of reception area for entry for people that couldn’t get up steps to get in.
