The photo’s on the website don’t do this place justice. We were pleasantly surprised. Spacious and clean. Well equipped. Comfy, good sized beds. Quiet location. Easy checkin and out. Would stay here again.

The very noisy water pipes in the ceiling ( I think). Whenever someone in another unit uses a tap the pipes clunk and shudder VERY loud…..including when you are trying to go to sleep. They actually woke our kids up early in the morning. The shower water seems to end up all through the bathroom, even with the curtain. Not a big problem but tricky to keep it dry with kids.

Pet friendly area all squished in and not enough room as large fridge taking up space cant move if you have a crate in place . The tile on window ledge need to be removed as sharp caused injury not appropriate for such a small space. Fridge in kitchen not working/ turned off. In kitchen when cooking on stove top overhead fan doesn’t work/ needs replacing or a range hood needs to be put in place as the whole cabin gets smoked out. Tiles in the bathroom in shower area were loose on the ground.

The unit was clean including all the utensils in kitchen. location is great. All attractions were within 30minutes drive. We also enjoyed the for pit outdoor along the swings for kids. Grocery stores are at 7 minutes drive.

Noise coming from the windows around the property. Even the water used by next door unit could be heard running from the ceiling. Slamming car doors and people talking could be heard. Overall stay was good and we enjoyed

Excellent location with easy access to major attractions. The inn itself is beautifully maintained and offers a lovely, comfortable stay. Rooms are super nice and the property makes for a pleasant experience.

Light sleepers should note that there's a field nearby that attracts birds, resulting in significant noise starting very early (around 4 AM). Pack earplugs if you're sensitive to morning sounds.

The manager surprised us on arrival with a very generous and welcome upgrade to a family chalet. It was absolutely perfect. The kids had tonnes of space, the kitchen and bathroom were spotless and well equiped and everyone relaxed and had a brilliant sleep. We loved the whole stay and were sorry to leave. But we’ll be back and will recommend the Limestone Coast Tourist Park, and Mount Gambier of course, to friends and family. Quality and value are really important to us so we give this place top rating.

Wifi was a bit slow for streaming but we were too busy having family time and fun to really need it.

The location, the stay, the staff, the experience was serene. Smooth check in and smoother check out, with very good beds for a comfy sleep along with a cabin that was very clean with a hygienically clean washroom. They even provided us with a blanket, towels, electric mattress, toaster, glasses, cups and all the cutleries to make our stay comfortable. Definitely a place to stay when in mount gambier. Highly recommended.

Loved that the property was pet friendly and soo clean. I have been to many pet friendly accomodations travelling Australia and they usually feel itchy or aren’t cleaned to standard but this was a great stay and the late check out is fantastic. Joanne is also very polite. Water pressure in the shower is fantastic.

Nothing to unlike!

Besides all the amenities they advertise, they also have a firepit (+kindle) and a barbecue. Kids also enjoyed the playground. Our unit had heating and cooling, a bunk bed + a queen and a double bed, 2 Electric blankets, linen and extra blankets, cookware, microwave, kettle, toaster, one regular -sized +one mini fridge, stove, dishwashing liquid and scourer. There was also a Smart TV (free wifi available) and comfy recliners. Would definitely recommend.

The building is a bit old, but very well -kept.

We had everything we needed after a long day on the road: a comfy bed, a powerful hot shower, a silently working AC and a kitchen with fridge, stove top and all which is needed for cooking. Everything was nice and clean. Manager/owner was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroomwindow opened to the kitchen instead to the outside. Wifi only available near reception but not in the cabin.

There was an attached small kitchenette with pots, pans, utensils and cutlery, plates. And a 4 chair dining table. There was a gas stove and oven. There was a door separating the kitchennete from the bedroom. The bedroom flooring was new and the place looked like it recently been painted. There was a large TV. Lots of warm blankets. Clean sheets. Very clean toilet despite the dated tiles and shower screens. Laundromat and games room and a fire pit outside with a BBQ area. It was value for money. Location was perfect, 2-3 mins to petrol station and McDonalds. Under 10 mins to Woolworth or city centre.
