The hilltop location is superb & the staff are super friendly Great value for money room Superb lake views

I think the double bed could be more comfortable / be replaced I recommend upgrading it fixing the stove. 2 of the stovetop plates did not work in room 11. Further, there was only a bread knife and not a decent kitchen knife in the drawer. Other supplies were v good. I visited reception to see if I could get a knife to cut my veggies at lunchtime, but reception was closed. If a kitchen is provided, I recommend that stoves and ovens be on hood working order, and that the basic utensils are provided, included at least 1 sharp kitchen knife for veggies.

We had a large ground floor room with kitchen and plenty of storage with a Queen and 2 single beds. Quiet area, we slept well. Heating was excellent, extra blankets if needed, even a full sized stove, plus a microwave. Lovely view over the lake, free laundry, great BBQ area, only minutes to main street. Staff were friendly and helpful. No one in reception but very helpful phone number if any issues, easy check in. Reasonable price.

Only thing was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, needs replacing. Also shower head needs replacing, but appears that refurbishment is taking place by new owners. Otherwise all was good

We stayed in the Family Executive room. The room was very large with 2 single and 1 queen bed, couch, table and chairs, TV, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove and utensils and small fridge. There were plenty of cupboards. The highlight of the room was on opening the door and the view over the lake was amazing. There was a little table and chair outside the room on your terrace facing the morning sun over the lake which was perfect to sit at for breakfast. The beds were comfortable with lovely white sheets. The bathroom probably needs updating but was serviceable with walk in shower and toilet. Very limited toiletries. The hairdryer was hardwired into the wall and had a very short cord. There was a lovely large undercover bbq area overlooking the lake which had a large fridge to cool your drinks and a large TV screen. The motel was quiet and a short pleasant 10 mins walk into town. There was not anyone located at reception while we were there and you are provided with a code to open the safe for your key on check in, it was any easy process. A number was provided should you have any questions or problems with your room. There was also a complimentary laundry with washing machines, dryer and soap powder provided which was unexpected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakeview and would return again if in the area.I found it good value with everything we needed for our 3 night stay

I did not realise that the rooms were not serviced daily but this really wasn't a big issue as we spoke to the lovely young girl who was cleaning the rooms who provided us with a set of fresh towels. The shower tap was leaking in our room.

Our room was upgraded at no extra cost. The room was immaculate, and excellent value for money. Had everything we needed for a 2-day stay in terms of facilities. Staff were friendly and welcoming and happy to accommodate a late checkout as they were not busy the next day. When we are in the area next we would stay there again.

As the back area is all one grass area, there was limited backyard privacy and people of all ages were walking behind our suite. This didn't bother us too much, however, it was a bit surprising and may bother some people.

Overall a 12 out of 10 rating! Brilliant management. I did notice the motel appeared to run itself with no sign of the management. A well oiled machine . On previous stays management were seen around the property and doing odd jobs and talking to people on holiday / break. We had a small issue with hot water it rectified immediately. They are on the ball at this property no if’s or buts. We do miss the interaction though. Cleaning staff were seen. They were polite as usual and looked after our needs. 12/10!!!!

We chose the spa suite to celebrate our anniversary. Liked the many choices of other rooms depending on your requirements such as kitchens. In saying that we appreciated our kitchenette, and made full use of it. Our King bed was luxurious, & loved the huge selection of movies provided by having Foxtel included. All rooms have a wonderful view of the lake, we had a patio with chairs & table, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning. The rooms are large and very well maintained, beautifully decorated. Look forward to a longer stay.

Great communication and easy checkin. Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable, including the bed. A perfect location and Robe is a lovely town. We would stay here again. A short drive to the main street and beaches and also a nice view of the lake. We ate dinner at Olives restaurant which was great… it was very busy so we were lucky to get a table… so recommend booking in advance as it was a busy Friday night. We enjoyed our time in Robe and recommend Lakeview Motel.

Ease of late check in (yeah, we were on the road, running late, again) and communication using the app simplified things greatly. Well maintained grounds and gardens in a unique and beautiful location. Good WiFi and TV too. All up, good value for money and staff made top notch dining suggestions in town.

Found the Foxtel a little difficult to access. The most probable reason for this was a lack of concerted effort on my behalf and I pretty contentedly resigned myself to watching some overrated crap on Netflix early on, so, no biggie.

Lovely stay. Wish we had booked more than 1 night. The lake view is amazing and had a gorgeous sun rise view. Property was clean and the lady in the office was friendly. Spacious.

The only heater for the whole apartment was the reversible air con in the living room. As we visited in the peak winter and it was heavily raining rooms were cold. There was only one tissue box with few tissues in it. But we would visit again for sure and highly recommend.
