Well presented, wonderful friendly reception and staff, comfortable and secure, near to shops and restaurants, transport and live music events. Very clean and well maintained and managed.

Shower was excellent. Plenty of space comfortable bed.

The staff - from Brendon to the wonderful cleaners, all were friendly, helpful & cheery. As a business woman travelling alone, this establishment's level of security had me feeling completely safe at all times. Unlike nearby competition in a similar price range, their room size is wonderfully generous. And at last, a motel more than 3 coat hangers! Although showing its age in spots, every corner sparkled & was cobweb-free... (the entire motel was spotless from top to bottom). Great pillows, linens & comfy bed. Also appreciated how easy it was to get off & on the freeway. Enjoyable short walk to a large shopping centre and food outlets. And undercover parking was a bonus when unloading my car in the rain. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm working in this part of the state.

Slight traffic noise on the first night, though I always travel with earplugs, so quickly solved.

Brendon was very helpful and friendly at reception, and I really appreciated the assistance to get my heavy cases up and down the stairs. The room was very clean, comfortable and had effective aircon for a 37' day. Even though the motel is right beside a busy highway, there was little traffic noise at night in the room I was staying in - No 15. It was handy to have a microwave, kettle, tea and biscuits. Public transport is possible and trains quite frequent but a very hot walk to get there.

Do let people know if there are no lifts and the rooms have to be accessed by stairs - thank you Brendon for helping me with that. You are right beside a busy highway with few crossings, so I think this is a better place for people arriving by car than on foot. I was a bit surprised to have takeaway wooden teaspoons! The train station is further than 5 minutes away, PTV Melbourne puts it at 11 minutes - not a problem usually but too far to wheel cases and not pleasant when it's 37'. I was woken up at 4.30am by the next door rottweiler barking.

Accommodation was clean and tidy and staff were very polite and helpful. There was no restaurant on site (travelling with family and small child) but was recommended a nearby bistro which was excellent and well priced. On main road but no traffic noise and carpark was secure with pin code entry and exit. Close to airport (without paying inflated prices) and also close to Hume Freeway.

Majority of rooms are located on first floor and only stairs to access (no lift) so was a bit of an effort with multiple bags and kids toys, etc.

Room was nice! Felt pretty hotel-ish considering, clean and nice. No major issues. Great for short stay purposes, so you’ve got somewhere to sleep

It was SO HARD to figure out how to find our room! We asked the night staff over the phone but they’re an external agency from another location that’s never actually been there, so they couldn’t help us much. We drove around and around in the narrow back carpark with the trailer, which was horrible when we just wanted to crash and settle into our room from driving interstate. I wish the key pack had a map or instructions or SOMETHING, you know?! 😩

The location was great, easy to find and get into. We checked in after hours and due to the traffic, hearing the receptionist was difficult at times but was an easy check in. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Secure parking behind the motel.

Luckily the motel wasn't busy as we were towing a trailer as well, we just unhooked it and parked it in a free spot. We returned the room keys at reception unaware that we needed them to exit the secure parking, so we were fortunate that other guests were there and we could just use theirs. Also they do put a security hold on top of room payment, but do the right thing and you get the security hold released back to you within hours of checking out.

The location is central to the northern suburbs and the freeways and main roads to the airport, hospitals, and hotels.

The Hume Villa Motor Inn provides an excellent relaxing and comfortable experience that could really raise its patronage by providing a breakfast and dinner even in a basic form. After arrival and settling in, the last thing you want is to go out again searching for a takeaway. If that’s too big an ask, a contract with a pizza place and Chinese/ Indian restaurant to cater would be a winner.

We liked the friendly pleasant helpful welcome we received after a long drive. The Manager certainly went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We appreciated the secure parking, the comfortable bed and pillows and the clean room. The room was inside upstairs and we are older but that was not a problem. The tariff was very reasonable and we would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing to dislike about this motel.

Friendly staff. Easy after hours access via a lock box and code (once you call a number on display). Clean, comfortable and quiet room (I think I had one of the newer ones) with all basic facilities. Traffic noise from the highway is to be expected but wasn't as bad as I was expecting. It was only noticeable during the morning peak hour (it was quiet at night). Good off-street parking though the spaces are tight so they're not suited to trailers at all. I will stay here again for sure.

Only one small thing: the room had an overhead light box so as soon as the sun is up the room gets bright. So if you want to sleep in bring a mask. Otherwise this was an extremely comfortable room. I will stay here again for sure.
