The location was great. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and it was raining, they had put the heater on already so we would be comfortable. The 3 bedroom villa we stayed in exceeded our expectations as far as cleanliness, and how spacious it was. They were very accomodating in showing and letting us park our small van that we weren't using nearby. We really enjoyed it and would stay again.

Nothing really. Perhaps a dishwasher would be good but not a big issue.

The location was easily accessible (off Sydney Road). It is a shame there were not better restaurants/eateries within a short walk although Uber eats is easy and quick delivery given it’s Sydney Road.

It’s a great property and very comfortable. The location is not particularly attractive or interesting (no parks, interesting shops etc). Having said that the location is convenient and there was a coles express supermarket close by.

Wayne and his staff truly made our stay enjoyable. The unit was exactly as stated when booking online! It was a nice surprise to have our room made up every day. The location was 25 minutes from CBD Melbourne, which was perfect for us, as we don't like all the hustle and bustle of a large city. We would highly recommend this complex to friends and family.

Wayne was incredibly friendly and was always up for a chat. The room was always cleaned, and it was local to everything we needed. My mum and I really enjoyed the stay. All staff were warm and welcoming. They made the 5 night stay comfortable and enjoyable, and we felt right at home.

Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Small complex, so was pretty quiet. Inclusive kitchen (if you are sure to request the cooktop).

A lot of road noise, but from the bedroom, tucked back, it was much better. Not all one bedrooms come with the cooktop, although the ad says so, so you have to specifically ask. They should just fix this with a note in the ad and an auto email to guests on booking to let them know. We were moved right away when we asked.

The bed was one of the most comfortable in all of my days of travelling, being a high quality ensemble. The blackout was fantastic with no stray light at all to disturb sleep. The host was highly responsive, and took the time to ensure that we had been comfortable. We requested as quiet a room as possible as we knew it was on a busy road, but once the door was closed, there was no audible noise due to the double or triple glazing. We will be recommending this property to all of our family who have occasion to visit our relatives nearby. Oh, and did I mention the top of the range coffee machine in the reception area?

Unable to find any fault whatsoever. The accomodation on the surface, seems like it could be a motor inn style, but it really lived up to it's name of Executive suites. Once an Electric Vehicle destination charger has been installed, we might even think about driving over from Adelaide.

Everything was perfect staff are lovely units are clean and cute considering it’s by a highway and train station it’s quiet although we weee in the back unit. Could slightly hear the upstairs people in the morning .

Not enough parking for each unit. However staff were very helpful helping us find somewhere to park.

We were extremely well looked after by Wayne - as our arrival was later than expected, he helped us to organise an evening meal. He was on hand each day to check on us - even drove me to the supermarket to get supplies
