Really nice rooms, comfortable bed and room has been updated. Convenient location and fairly quiet given its location near a main road and train line. Would stay again happily.

Unfortunately the rooms weren’t made up on Christmas Day or Boxing Day. I understand these are public holidays, but I have never stayed anywhere which doesn’t offer this service, even on a public holiday. We stayed a number of nights and it meant that we ran out of things. Ie coffee, clean crockery, towels etc. i would maybe have liked to be informed on arrival that this would be the case.

The two-bedroom suite was well set out, with lots of room and warm. Big bathroom a good shower and two basins. The kitchen is well set up and all you need for a simple meal, is the bonus of having an oven. The only thing that would have been good was to have more than one saucepan and fry pan.

I was travelling with my 86-year-old mother and it did not mention that the room was on the 1st floor so she did struggle with the stairs.

Check in was easy. Our room was totally quiet and nice & dark at night. This coupled with the fact that the beds & pillows were really comfy meant that we had a great night's sleep. Shower was huge with great supply of hot water with excellent pressure. It was a cold night outside, but the quiet reverse cycle air con / heater kept room at a nice temperature. The motel is only a couple of minutes drive from the centre of Warragul, so easy to get to shops, restaurants etc.

The room was modern with a comfortable bed and pillows and had a nice little patio with a table & 2 chairs for the warmer days. Past the patio was a nice garden. Although it was near the road you couldn’t hear any road noise at all.

It needed a doormat as it was raining when we stayed and we had to walk in with wet shoes. Door lock needed checking. It was hard to ensure the door was locked.

Was surprised to find it was a Motel when I arrived, but also pleasantly surprised at the high standard of the room, very clean, modern and comfortable with the same facilities as a Hotel room. Located on the main road into Warragul, it took just a couple of minutes to reach the town centre where there were a number of places to eat. Parking right outside the room and it felt safe for a single traveller with free WiFi.

A great motel, we have stayed here several times. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Clean rooms and a nice big shower. Ample parking. We had four families staying here, and the staff and management were very helpful with booking our multiple rooms and different arrival times.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Small room, but well-appointed. We liked the dispensers of soap/body wash and shaving gel. The decor was nice, and my husband loved the industrial-feel dimmable lights above the bed.

It’s a little misleading reading the online description which states you have mountain views. There is the tip of the peak of a mountain way in the distance, over the multiple rooves of the housing estate. This did not affect our stay, but we were hoping to have a tranquil view after our very tiring trip that day.

Loved our stay at Comfort Inn enjoyed the nice scenery..Was clean & bed was comfortable & close to the Main Shops in Warragul.

My only problem was having room service walk in our room while we were still in Bed I found that very unprofessional and lack of privacy they should not be entering into any rooms while it is occupied..I had yelled out before they entered No Thanks but they had still opened our door with their keys and walked right in!! Very disappointed 😞

We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Warrigal. The room was clean and tidy and smelt amazing. The property was located close to town, and there wasn’t much traffic noise, even though the property was on a busy road. Thoroughly recommend.

Well I was not expecting to be housed in the room that I am staying at. It's huge with two bedrooms and 3 TV's. Obviously this room would be for family holiday. Staying 4 nights. 2 km from town centre. Lots of towels and toiletries are for free use. WiFi. Fridge and microwave and oven.

Shower is only just more than a trickle.
