It was extremely clean, light, and bright. It had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and there were clean bowls, plates and cutlery we were able to use to have dinner and breakfast in the room. There was a TV in each room with Netflix capabilities and split system air conditions. Great stop-off for a good night sleep when you are on the road.

The EV charging was at an additional cost, which it doesn't state anywhere on the website. It would have been great to be able to plug in overnight and not have to factor in extra time to charge.

All new completely renovated room was spacious for 3 and spotlessly clean. Good arrangement of handbasin outside the bathroom for convenience of getting ready and cleaning dishes. Additional cutlery and plates are available from storage room opposite reception. Comfortable beds, Netflix etc. Friendly staff. There are 2 electric vehicle charging stations on premises for a fixed amount of $15 per night. Would definitely stay here again.

Little bit of traffic noise in rooms next to road.

The reception was quick and informative, helping with idea of where to eat that weren't too far away. The room was clearly recently renovated, very clean and tidy and comfortable. There was minimal traffic noise.

The outside area did look like it was under construction and this was a little disheartening, but they are clearly just in the process of making the area better. Having the possibility of breakfast on site would have been an improvement.

The aircon in my room wouldn’t cool up. I tried multiple settings and temps but the room was hot al night, the aircon didn’t help cool the room. So it was a hot nights sleep. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. I found the small display pillow more comfortable than the white sleeping ones

Staff were very friendly and room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Recently refurbished rooms, so facilities were modern and fresh. Very affordable pricing with good location near bistros.

The accessible bathroom would be ideal if there was a seat in the wall in/roll in shower, however, this may still be a ‘work in progress’ as hotel rooms were still being renovated and our accessible family room appeared to have been recently cmpleted.

Twin City has just about finished a substantial renovation, new beds, freshly tiled bathrooms with new basin and toilets. New carpark resurface, everything has been done really well. Well lit carpark as well Each level has a shared central pantry kitchen area, with kettle cups, crockery etc

Motel is in the process of renovation. We had a family room which was bigger than we needed but only room available. Newly renovated, spotless, comfortable bed and pillows, awesome shower and water pressure.

No vanity or shelf in the bathroom for toiletries but this may still happen. Ground floor and a bit noisy ... this was not the motel's fault. Facility was booked out with a car club.

Newly refurbished, with a perfect spot for doing some video consultations as there is a small countertop with a high backed stool with access to power and lighting to hand. The heater worked well as did the blinds and I also liked the little shared kitchenette next door to my room. Plenty of parking and the staff were super friendly.

Clean, comfortable, and renovated nicely. Set back from main road, it was easy to sleep. Friendly, helpful owners and staff.

Kettle was on a top shelf I couldn't reach. Smoking appeared to be allowed outside rooms, and cigarette smoke reached me from four rooms up when I went outside.
