The room was large and pleasant, with aircon. The 8 accom rooms in this Federation style hotel are up a flight of stairs from the front of the building, or up 2 flights from the back of the building, and they open up onto an expansive hotel balcony which has tables and chairs. The balcony overlooks the main road and we thought the room might be a bit noisy but honestly, we hardly noticed any traffic. Large ensuite bathroom with shower over spa-bath. For food: Not a lot was open in town on a Wednesday evening, so we had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. Breakfast was an inclusion - help yourself to fruit, cereals, toast, etc - all well presented and stored. Took a while to work out the coffee machine as we're not coffee-pod people - but another guest helped us out. We've often enjoyed lunch here, when traveling between Albany and Perth, and have been wanting to try the accommodation. It didn't disappoint.
All good.

We stayed here as we were catching up with some local friends. Check in was easy at the café counter. The upstairs room off the balcony was large and the bathroom huge with a spar bath that we didn't get time to use. The carpet had a few stains from muddy greasy boots but you are going to get that with a mine site nearby. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Breakfast down stairs was good and everything was easy to find. We would stay again anytime.
Bit of road noise but rooms have thick walls and hard floors so didn't hear our neighbour's.

The hotel itself is really conveniently placed, and has a great bar with nice food underneath. The rooms are nice, and there's convenient parking behind the hotel. The balcony gives a good view of the town.
I think the bathrooms maybe need some better ventilation; the weather in Bridgetown means there's a lot of fogging, and the floors were a bit slick after a shower. I think the in-room entertainment might be a little dated now.

Room was on the first floor and quite spacious, with a spa bath as well as shower. Breakfast was included and there was a magnificent array of cereals and breads on offer, as well as the usual fare: yoghurt, juices, tea / coffee and muesli bars. The night before we ate in the dining room rather than go out, and the meals were excellent.
While the evening and night were quiet, unfortunately the noise of heavy vehicles started around 5 am.

The room was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed (especially good heating, it was -2 during our stay). The internet access provided was fast, there was a complimentary breakfast and the bedding was comfortable. The food offerings at the hotel were also great, and you can take food up to your rooms from the dining area. Parking was available off the main road, and the location is great for visiting Bridgetown.
A continental breakfast is offered, but it doesn't include prepared meal elements; no bacon, egg or sausages. That wasn't quite what we expected, but we did appreciate the options that were presented. The entertainment system was a little archaic, and didn't support casting from any platform we had available.

The atmosphere, staff friendliness, meals were excellent. The room was lovely and very spacious. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone who doesn't have physical issues managing stairs.
Didn't think about stairs and husband and I have major leg problems that made it difficult to climb the stairs and shower as they had a great spa bath with the shower in it and this was difficult for us to get in and out of worse luck as it looked so inviting.

The breakfast was ok but it took us a while to find everything and figure out the coffee machine. The fridge was very well stocked Everything provided for a light breakfast but not a cooked breakfast. It was still nice enough.
I had an injured knee so the stairs were exceptionally painful to navigate with my luggage. The balcony was cool and relaxing to sit out on and watch the world go by.

The hotel is a traditional old pub right on the main road through Bridgetown, the man who checked us in, served our drinks, took our dinner order and served us was so nice and friendly. The food was good pub food, nothing fancy but the room was warm and lively even on a cold rainy Monday night. The room has been renovated in recent years with a very large bathroom, the rooms all open onto the wide verandah and are spacious. Couldn’t really ask for more in a country town !
The headboard had seen better days and could do with replacing. The wine selection is very small, I understand this is because of an agreement with a distributor but it would be nice to have a small better quality wine list as well.

The staff at the Bridgetown Hotel were so amazingly kind, caring , professional and helpful. I loved my stay at the Bridgetown Hotel, with its rooms openning up onto a beautiful balcony. The service and food was so very good.
The only thing that I didn't like was unfortunately the Bridgetown Hotel isn't disability friendly however in defence of the hotel, I neglected to check before I booked a room and the staff did all they could to accommodate me with my disabilities. I would love to stay there again

Room was spacious and well serviced. Bed very comfortable especially on such a cold night. The breakfast room was excellent for travellers. Better than many I have seen in Europe and NZ, congratulations.
The staff member on arrival seemed annoyed at my intrusion into what didnt appear to be a busy day. The young man in the restaurant on the night was more interested in impressing his colleagues with banter than providing an interested and civil service to people. The youngest staff member was the saving grace here despite being nervous. Personally if I had seen one of my staff members act as he did, they would have been given formal notice to improve and lose their stylised disinterest in customer service or consider another career that suits them better. All other staff were great.
