Bed was comfortable

Booked in after 2 hours had no power, power come back on at 9.30pm, could be help but had to try go out find something to eat ,pots and frypan and potato masher all dirty, toaster full of someones crumbs,house cleaner only knocked twice not enough time to get dressed she just almost caught husband she didn't give much time to answer the door we yelled out but she still used a key to try come in it was only 8.30am .. the next day no house cleaning was done at all we left at 9am ,told the lady to wait till 9am as we will be leaving then , for the next day don't come to our room, shower around the bottom of the shower needed a good scrub ,thinking should be noted thanks

The place is very clean and modern. The spa bath was a pleasant surprise! The grounds are huge and very neat and tidy.

The lady serving breakfast at the restaurant was somewhat rude and a bit aggressive. To be fair, she was all alone having to cook, take orders, make coffee and serve and she just was overwhelmed. It was a busy weekend at Collie for a huge swimming competition and there should have been more staff working the breakfast shift.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. I told everyone at our BMX function about how great it was. Lovely and clean, great clean shower, clean crisp linen. Room service was very basic but delicious nonetheless. The staff were great ! Will definitely stay again.

We were unable to get a room with 2 beds, and were not offered an option of a sleeper couch or roll in bed. As a result, my 15 yr old son and myself had to share a double bed ..... not ideal and mortifying for him.

we never had breakfast but did book in for dinner, the food was very good and presented well, the staff in the restaurant where very slow to take orders, the bar staff came across as being rude and could care less if we were there or not which was a shame because all the other staff were absolutely friendly and professional I do understand you have a lot of workers staying but they deserve to be treated well also.

the staff in the diner could improve their service, the young bar man was more interest in serving young ladies on one table and taking no notice of anyone else in the room and then was rude when it came to giving out my change when I paid our bill, the young waitress was the only one run off her feet trying to serve everyone else. I have eaten all over the world and lived in Collie for 35 years the serve in the diner was the only negative to our lovely stay.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable with everything needed. Staff were happy to assist and answered any questions and the restaurant was very good.

This was booked for me through work, so there was some confusion about who the guests staying were (this was specified online beforehand, but maybe booking.com details don’t reach the staff). Have to pay for washing machines (but this is probably normal).

The location was really good and convenient. ie easy walks into town centre. A very clean, tidy and conveniently located laundry was appreciated. The polite room staff member who supplied fresh towels for us and a convenient large rubbish bin out front.

Our air conditioner battled but it was particularly hot. The refrigerator wasn't working efficiently and was frosting up on one side of the freezer. Our frozen goods melted in the freezer.

Simple, modern, comfortable, clean and tidy rooms, with basic essentials in kitchen area. Beds were reasonably comfortable not too firm nor soft. Food was reasonably priced and taste great. Will stay again.

No bedside lamps for softer lightning to read book etc, only had down lights in ceiling above bed area which were very bright.

Resort was in good location and was well kept. Clean and tidy. Alot of building houng on.

The bed was the most uncomfortable i have ever slept in. It was so hard, plus the pillows were the same. Staff in the restaurant were not focused on the customers at all. Order came out missing dipping sause. Had to repeat the drink order a few times. The restaurant was not busy with only one other person who was nearly finished when we arrived.

Overall, an excellent stay at this recently refurbished motel. I had a king-sized suite with a separate kitchenette, living area, and spa bath. Everything was spotlessly clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable, the spa was amazing, and there was lots of space. There were just a few suggestions I made to the motel managers for increased satisfaction, but none of these suggestions detracted from my review. They are just simple things like an extra rail in the bathroom, a non-slip mat for the spa (and perhaps a small step for us shorties), and also consideration for a 'spa pack' which could be purchased that might contain spa bubbles or salts, on-burning candles, wine, etc. The location of the motel was very convenient and easy to find, but it is on the highway. If you don't want to hear trucks and other road traffic, perhaps ask for a room further back. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during the Christmas Break, otherwise I would have tried it out. Apparently, new upgrades will include more rooms, a swimming pool and barbeque area. I look forward to returning to check these out.

Although there were some minor things I would have liked to seen added, they didn't detract from my overall satifaction.

We had a two bedroom family unit. We were so pleased with the kitchen facilities and the comfortable lounge area. The shower had a non-slippery flour and the bed most comfortable.

There is nothing we didn't like and appreciate. I guess it would have been nice to park the car right at the unit, but this isn't always practicable in such a large facility.
