Location was close to the shops and had the beach right on your doorstep. Had the perfect view of the beach but would have been better if you had a balcony to sit outside on it and enjoy it even more. Very surprised with daily servicing of your room and the Housekeepers are very polite, happy and helpful. We had in room food service and both times it came quick and the food was perfection, hot and so delicious. Indoor pool was so nice and so was the spa. Reception service was always spot on and helpful. Overall the Hotel is beautiful, clean and modern.

The parking is a bit squashy and not a lot of undercover parking. However we did manage to get a secured undercover parking everyday except one day and we stayed for 6 days. There is parking outside but if you had a lot of luggage to carry it can get tiring.

Room spacious with all we needed. Beds very comfortable. Bedding luxurious and had pillow and mattress protectors. Bathroom accessories and hair dryer provided. Huge TV with free WiFi and ability to connect to your own Netflix etc streaming services. Kitchenette with free teas, coffee and hot chocolate and milk in bar fridge. All staff from Reception to lovely cleaning staff were of a very high standard of friendliness and helpfulness. Heated pool bonus!! Access to Koomana Bay and restaurants. Walking distance to city centre, movies and Restaurants. Accrod parking spot if needed.

Not really a criticism but maybe a slightly later breakfast time of up 10am. Other than that we have nothing but good reviews for this hotel. It was our second time so we took my sister and her husband and she was very impressed. We will definitely be back.

The room was spacious, big bathroom, good shower, clean carpet. Good kitchen with tea/coffee making facility. You could open the window. Comfy beds and linen. Good dinner and breakfast in Silos. Good lifts. Secure underground parking. Fresh air in the corridors.

The TV was poor - old remote - you couldn't read what the symbols were. It looked like you had to sign in to use the TV which took ages - but you didn't have to sign in, that was just for the internet. Couldn't get an EPG. In the middle of watching a program, the screen went black and went back to the home page (several times).

The studio room was very clean and very comfortable, especially the bed and space for the lounge suite and desk. The TV was huge. Having a mini kitchenette was handy, too. Air conditioning can be controlled in the room, and there are windows that can be opened or shut. Lastly, I had a buffet breakfast and good coffee at the restaurant, which was good value if you loaded up your plate! The crockery was lovely in the restaurant too. All staff I met were friendly and professional 🙂 The indoor pool is large, and you can meander through the garden to a small beach and a path that follows the coast and allows you access to other restaurants. Or walk to central town. A great stay! I'll be back.

Location is very central and the view of the estuary and city was very nice. Our room was a good size with everything we needed to prepare simple snacks and breakfast. The staff although busy, were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and well provided with daily servicing.

There was water damage to the ceiling and wall outside of our room. Staff in the restaurant were unable to serve advertised cocktails during happy hour on Sunday night. (The only night we approached them). We did think about dinner, but it was fully booked...

The location was great and the room was lovely. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our swim in the hotel pool. The young receptionist was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, the older receptionist in her 50/60s was sprouting nonsense about stars falling from the sky and will kill everyone in our lifetime. I had my 15 year old daughter with me and she was very disturbed by the content of her conversation. Very inapropriate and should keep her conspiracy nonsense out of the workplace. I think the youth of today are exposed to enough stress and talk of doom in social media etc. My daughter suffers from anxiety and we had to spend quite a bit of time in our room "fixing up" that rediculous conversation.

It is in a lovely location. Our room was huge, with a lovely balcony. The indoor heated pool and spa were wonderful and clean with hot showers available at the pool.

UHT milk supplied, in the room, makes coffee taste terrible. Carpets quite soiled and the decorative bed sash and cushions had marks on them - obviously not washed regularly. The linen, towels and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was in Silos bar, which is a lovely cosy venue, but the staff had difficulty managing an influx of people for breakfast, so several of the breakfast supplies ran out, plus the toaster did not toast very well. We will probably go to a local cafe for breakfast and be served a la carte with a larger coffee, for a similar price.

Location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly overall.

We were enjoying some time in the spa after dinner which was supposedly open until 8pm. At approximately 7.45pm a staff member came and told us the spa was closing and then waited until we actually left the spa area, probably 10 minutes prior to the closing 8pm time. We felt that this was a tad rude, and she actually could have let us enjoy the facility until the stated closing time of 8pm before rushing us out.

Bed preference for 2 x single beds had not been communicated from Booking.com to hotel. Double bed made up in room. I was given the option of a roller bed which was accepted. As there was no record of my bed request I was to be charged for the roller bed. When I checked my emails the request for the single beds was there and staff deleted charge for roller bed. Windows were open and it was noisy with other guests talking loudly out the front of the hotel.

While we live only about 45 minutes away, coming into town for an evening's entertainment meant a splurge to stay over in order. The hotel is not the first we've stayed at here in Bunbury, however its location was perfect. The indoor pool was nice - we were fortunate to have the entire pool to ourselves for our afternoon swim.

The property is a tad dated and there is wear and tear - but it's difficult to say this was an issue. Robes in the more expensive suites would be a nice touch.
