The room was super clean! The facilities were adequate. The location was excellent. The bed was great! I vacillated in leaving a positive review in view of the negative experience (see below) which, through no one's, fault impacted our experience. The fact that we ultimately received an understanding response from the manager as well as a complete refund went some way towards changing my review from 3 to 8.

There was an airconditioner leak overnight that flooded the bathroom and we were rained on during the night whenever we went to the bathroom. The staff were sympathetic but were unable to give us an alternative room as they were booked out. The morning staff were less than sympathetic.

Bed was comfortable . Location was central . great self catering facilities. staff were friendly and helpful.

A little basic, bathroom would benefit from an upgrade. but it was value for money.

Room is OK - larger than average and OK appointments.

Excellent position, very nice, kind and helpful staff, large room with large bed and very good mattress. Useful desk and wheeled chair for working the room, tea, coffee, microwave, fridge and even hot plates for cooking. The toilet is large and clean, but old. Nothing missing, however do not expect any charme or fancy detail: it is a very practical and solid choice for working in Perth for a limited time.

There is almost no life downtown after 6 p.m. (at least in the Australian winter) so the advantage of staying there is minimal: it is limited to good bus and train connections and short commute time with workplace.

Excellent location, was able to walk everywhere (5-30min). Also a pretty quick ride to/from the airport. Room was nice but I requested one with a bath and that room was a bit outdated. Also some dust/dirt on the bath and cups. Bed was SUPER comfortable!! Fridge, microwave, stove top, kettle, plates, cups, etc. in room was great. Reception staff friendly, check in and out easy and quick. Also loved the lounge/sofa in the room and desk.

Shower was ok, medium water pressure. Mostly clean, but some dirt/dust. Not 100% soundproof. There's wasn't a lot of noise but I heard people at the elevator (room was next to it) and also sometimes some noises from nextdoor. All and all it was quiet during sleeping hours. Price a bit high but also because I was alone. And no view.

The choice for Citadines St Georges Terrace was a kind of emergency for us because another housing in Perth we previously booked turned out to be too very noisy. So, we dreamt just about the easygoing, relaxing place in a good location in Perth. And Citadines St Georges Terrace covered all our expectations. The room was super comfy, big, quiet, clean, and very well-located. Plus for the free-of-charge laundromat! We read some critical comments, which made us worried a bit, but completely unjustified. The place is truly worth further recommendation.

We experienced prompt and warm service from the reception staff throughout our stay. On our first day, they provided excellent advice and detailed tips for navigating the city, including a helpful map. I’d like to give special recognition to the front desk team on duty September 12. When we had to cancel our final three nights due to a family emergency, they showed incredible kindness, empathy, and support as we rearranged our flight tickets to return home that same day. We will definitely choose Citadines at St Georges again if we return to Perth. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and for making us feel at home away from home!

The room was spacious and well-equipped, making it very comfortable. The staff were friendly, especially the Korean staff , who was exceptionally considerate, even anticipating unspoken needs. The path from the train station to the accommodation after sunset also felt safe, as it was along a main road.

The doors of three adjacent rooms were positioned in a U-shape, and the soundproofing of the doors was poor. I could clearly hear the sound of neighbors opening and closing their doors, as well as conversations outside. Other than that, the room itself was quiet. However, my room faced a wall, which made it feel a bit dark.

Very clean and spacious for 2 people as we have a large luggages 🧳. Mini kitchen with electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Pot n pan with utensils also available. For me itd more than enough for our short 2 day stay. Nearby shopping street - Hay st and Murray st. Halal foods also at working distance. Easy to catch public transport. Can leave your luggage as long as you need after checking out.

The wall is not sound proof as we could hear people next door talking. Our sink in the bathroom was clogged and the water accumulated drained very slow (only sink). Have to wait quite a while for the next person to use it.

The Hotel is in a great location with easy walking access to Kings park and Elizabeth Quay and the Swan river ferries it is an easy walk to two supermarkets for any supplies needed. Close to the hay street shopping mall. The staff are amazing so helpful and friendly. The Hotel has a guest laundry in fact two one located on level 2 the other on level 6. Rooms are clean and the beds a super comfy, fantastic for solo traveler and couples.
