Superb Cleanliness and Comfortable beds we had two rooms and there was an issue with our first room...the staff were very responsive and got us another straight away very professional and friendly I cannot rave enough about them. The pool and restaurant had a great buffet for about $30 per person and great drinks. I will rate the Baha restaurant separately. The pool was clean and towels were available all the time. (Pool is some how part of the restaurant so you can't bring your own food next to the pool a little wired as we just had some fruit nothing major). Great Art pieces everywhere and the location was close to the city square all within 10min walking distance.

Parking ! Everywhere we go in Australia hotels and parking go hand in hand so if you're staying at a hotel there is some sort of parking sorted at a discount or free but in this case we had to find a car park daily at a 15 min walk or pay $25 per day next door at a Wilson Parking. But this is the only down side.

Execellent location - walkable to most city attractions and the train station, and close to Kings Park. Great restaurants nearby including in Shafto Lane. The room was spacious with a huge bed and rain shower. Great aircon in summer! The pool isn't huge but it is a nicetemperature and we could always find a spot to lay out our towels even if the loungers/chairs were occupied. The decor of the pool/bar area is very cool. We paid for breakfast one morning and I thought the spread was excellent - not the biggest breakfast buffet but everything was very good quality and I felt it was good value for $29 each. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend The Adnate to friends and family.

Only minor things - the lifts could be pretty slow in the mornings so factor that in if you need to be somewhere by a certain time. The TV would often freeze. Some more crockery/cutlery in the room would be nice.

Great location and comfortable bed

The breakfast service was a bit lacking as things kept running out and weren’t replaced by staff without having to ask! Every day there was something - no bread, no cereal bowls, coffee beans in the machine had run out! However, the most annoying thing was dinner in the restaurant where the Caribbean music being played was accompanied by the loud pop music being played by the kitchen staff! An awful cacophony that meant we ate quick and left as soon as we could! There doesn’t appear to be any manager overseeing breakfast or dinner service staff and this needs to be addressed to ensure guests have a nice meal experience!

Very stylish, large hotel rooms. We had the top floor, and we're facing the west side so the sunsets were amazing to watch. Bathroom size and lighting was great, shower pressure great. Comfortable bed, considering we stayed around Christmas time we did not wake to any partying or sirens. There isn't much anemities aka kitchenettes, however it's really simple to make do with what you have. We thought it would be an issue but it worked out very well. Also, to the lovely hotel receptionist who took care of us from beginning to the end of our stay, you were very professional, and amazing at your work. Most importantly thankyou to the cleaners who did a pristine job cleaning our room during our stay. You guys are the backbone of the business.

Everything was perfection.

We really like the space in the room that we were at. The luxurious bed was firm yet soft and comforting. The shower area was spacious and hot water ran well throughout my stay. Bonus points for the chrome cast function on the TV. Fuss free connection, no need to log on to our own account. We like that there is heater during cold nights and a good sized mirror to check our fit before we leave the room. Room service was prompt and housekeeping was done really well! So nice to come back to a clean room after a long day out. Location was great as well. Walking distance to major attractions and near the to Perth Convention Centre where we attended conference at.

The aircon was due for a deep clean. Surface areas got pretty dusty quickly. Luckily the nights were cold so we didn't turn on the aircon much. Pillows were a tad too soft for my liking. Having been used to Dyson hair dryer, their in-room hair dryer wasn't the best in blow drying long hair. Suggest to bring your own hair dryer if you are used to Dyson.

Had lower expectations as it’s one of the cheaper options in the CBD but was absolutely blown away with this beautiful hotel. A beautiful pool area, love that you can sit and eat & drink either in the pool area or right next to it giving a resort feel. All the food and cocktails were great and nothing was a problem for the beautiful staff. Also loved the buffet breakfast ( just need a new coffee machine!) great staycay and we will definitely return!

Would be nice to have a couple of sun beds available next to the pool. Also be good to be able to order food and drinks on an app next to the pool.

Well located, modern hotel, that ticked the boxes, and included some very incredible art (the namesake Matt Adnate). Lots to see and do around the city center, and easy walking distance to coffee, restaurants and shopping. Always able to find a taxi outside. Rooms were quiet, I didn't hear neighbours or moving elevators, and very rarely heard people in the corridors.

There was an unpleasant smell in the reception area the entire time of my five-night stay, so every time I entered the hotel I'd recoil... but luckily it did not follow me up to my room. First floor restaurant looked great, but weird looks from the staff when you wander up there. It did not seem to be somewhere you could access unless specifically eating or drinking (fair enough) but was strange as it was part of the pool area. The gym was tiny.

Clean, modern and nice hotel with nice art throughout. Nice restaurant and outdoor pool area with a DJ there on Friday night. The premium king room had a beautiful sunrise view! And very nice desk/ study amenities. The room was spacious - would stay again!

The gym is a bit of a let down as it doesn’t really have much equipment and it’s quite small, but you can walk to Elizabeth Quay and Kings Park so that’s a bonus. The food wasn’t the best at Baha. It is quite overpriced and not as fresh as I’d expect for that kind of cuisine.

Great location and Citi Park (427 Murray) right behind the hotel is a massive bonus. I checked in around 3:30pm and checkout out around 6:30am and was charged $31.39 for parking even though the max was supposed to be $25. Not happy with Wilson parking. Will consider a hotel with on-site car parking next time to save some money. Beds are very comfortable. Room size is average although maybe a little smaller than the room I stayed in, in February. That wasn't an adjoining room.

Tiny fridge with no temperature adjustment. I had an adjoining room, I hate adjoining rooms. 4 pillows of equal size look good in pics but don't facilitate the differing requirements of the hotels guests, which is why I bring my own! The bed was two singles, (or two king singles) put together which is no a huge problem as I didn't notice the "seam" in the middle. Paying $31.39 for 15 hours of parking. It's supposed to be $25 for 24 hours, so be aware of this.

Friendly staff and the check in/out was a breeze. The bedroom and bathroom was spacious and we have good view of the city. We were lucky to get a room at high level, so, it was pretty quiet in the night. The water pressure was great and AC was comfortable. There were daily room service and there was not a single day we need to ask the front staff for the request. We also did like the coffee machine and milk provided (which were replenished daily). It was also still within walking distance to CBD. The free bus stop (Red CAT) was along the way.

It was nothing major. Just that sometimes the internet connection was not stable when we watched the TV in the morning/night. No toothbrush/toothpaste provided though.
