Room was spacious and had a microwave, kettle and fridge. Bed was very comfy and clean. You can reach the CBD fairly easily if you catch the free blue CAT bus from about 10 mins walk from the hotel. The front desk staff were also very helpful. A bonus was that in the lobby there was a luggage scale for use! Would definitely recommend and stay here again

My room did not have any windows (however there was ample lighting in my room). The walls were a bit thin, on ocassion I could hear the man in the room next to me snoring and someone's alarm going off.

Very good value for money and clean, fresh looking hotel with a great restaurant downstairs.

Poor communication regarding check in. I indicated I would be coming between 11pm - midnight and was never advised about parking, late check-in processes. I rang the phone outside the front door for a few minutes and was getting stressed as I was tired,outside and was worried I wouldn't get into my hotel. I tried a couple times before I saw someone run to front desk and answer. The hotel needs to let people advising late check in know to ring the phone and that it may take a few minutes for a response and how to sort out parking when they come.

I like the overall service of the hotel. Check in is easy and deposit bag is great if u r leaving city for few days. I stayed in skylight room with a 55 inches TV, celing fan and usb slot. Room is clean. Suitable for single and couple. I also stayed in their normal room come with smaller TV and no usb slot. Room is clean too. The beds are very comfortable. Many chinese restaurants and supermarket along William Street.

Just the location, walking up from the train station is a distance. There are buses and cat free bus to help shorten the distance.

Everything was good except for the breakfast.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. The meal was of a standard l would have expected on a mine site in the middle of nowhere not in the a city with your rating.

The friendly staff always welcome us and help in any way they can.

Toilet didn’t flush fully at times. 😩 We mentioned this to your staff next morning. It would be lovely to have a comfortable chair to sit on when in the room.🛋️ Good pillows and handy spare blanket 😄 Getting into the shower over the bath Is difficult when one is aged and not very flexible. Could a non slip mat be available for those who are unsteady on their feet to use when getting out of the bath? Another hand rail in the bath/ shower area would be most helpful to mme personally. The restaurant 903 has nice meals and good helpful staff

I requested a room close to reception for some walking issues I have, and the room was perfect, thank you! Generally a quiet place and has an old world charm. The parking onsite was also convenient for my needs, I could Uber for a few dollars and save on all day parking at twice the price. Had a great rendang for dinner !

As the room was on the end near the first floor 'lounge' it was noisy for a while early in the evening - I was distracted with yelling and shouting conversation over my TV. But I put that down to inconsiderate guests not the hotel. Hasn't happened previously. Pizza is not worthy, looked and tasted like a TV dinner was not pleasant - but that's the only meal I have been disappointed in, when I have been more adventurous, I have really enjoyed the evening meals.

Jamyang is an asset to the hotel. Excellent front desk service to make our stay perfect. Best hotel in CBD Perth with best value through booking.com exceeded our expectation. Location is good next to William St full of convenient stores/restaurants. Our room is one queen with one single bed really comfortable with window and city view, very clean with best house keeping service for the next day. Hotel takes care of our luggages until the next stay too.

It is our fault miss to book breakfast.

This hotel is a solid location for accessing most of Perth's central areas - everything is a walk away or a bus ride. Fantastic if you're budget-conscious and willing to navigate the streets on foot or with public transport. It's a bit of a no-fuss place but the staff were accommodating if I needed anything extra like toiletries. Believe that there's an in-house restaurant as well, but there's food around the area too if you're looking for something to eat around.

The room can be a bit wonky in terms of air-conditioning - took me a while to get used to it. For my room specifically, there's no window but I knew that ahead of time, just something to be aware of if you're booking. Walls are thin too so it might be annoying if you have loud neighbours.

No window in room! Only hotel I have stayed without window and view and the protend skylight and shutters add confusion to tell you the honest truth I will probably choose another hotel over this one just for that factor as I felt so closed in by the whole room, but other than that is a shame because it has so much potential. Staff do their best but need more knowledge of surroundings or provide information when asked advice on area.

Near the cultural centre, main train station, all within walking distance - many amenities near the hotel. 24 hrs service. The staff are friendly and helpful. There were complimentary sachets of tea, coffee & sugar and milk which were replenished. Loved that!
