The location was great. Reception staff friendly & helpful.

The fridge was set to freeze, and we woke to our food frozen, unable to eat. A lesson to check fridge settings wherever we stay from now on, though.

Excellent location for central Perth and RAC arena. Staff friendly and accomodating. Stayed in studio room had everything you need. Fridge nice and cold on arrival. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner great quality! Parked in CPP car park approx 3 min walk, it was on a Friday and cost $20 for overnight.

Bathrooms a little dated, tiles could do with a deep clean. Toilet paper pretty poor, does not match the high standard of toiletries provided.

Excellent location. Major retail district close to trains and buses and there is even a comedy lounge just up the street. Comfortable and spacious. If you are in a car arrange your Wilson Parking through the hotel with a hotel voucher. Do not arrange directly through Wilson. Wilson have a poor reputation. Read the reviews on Product Review.

Room Airconditioning units operating at floor level close to and onto one side of the bed. Placed a chair in front of the vent to direct cold air away from the bed. It was not possible to use the access lift from the street. When I tried to suggest to staff that they check it more frequently, and set it so that it would work, they misunderstood and kept explaining that it was misuse by guests that meant it could not be used from the street. It was difficult to get into the building with our luggage the first time.

I have stayed here on average two weeks every month this year. This was the first time I was greeted with a welcoming smile at check in nor was I made to wait until the staff finished their personal conversation to serve me. A number of the staff could take welcoming guest classes from the young lady who served me - thank you Mary!

I think that any hotel reception desk staff should instigate a salutation at any time of day for any guest that walks past. Too often I have walked past on my way to/from the office and the staff at the desk have not responded nor instigated this basic courtesy. It may be trivial, but its simple to fix, and makes a guest feel welcome

Great studio apartment, good quality furnishings, great location in the heart of the city. Building has a steep flight of stairs at the front but there was a disability lift which was great, good for people with heavy cases too.

Staff could've been more friendly when you walked in and out of the hotel, a simple hello each time would've been great rather than nothing at all. I was confused about what to do with my rubbish...sign said I had to put stuff in chute/bins in corridor or face a massive cleaning bill...what chute/bin...I couldn't find it!? But it was okay to leave dirty dishes?! More clarity needed!

The location is perfect within easy walking distance to CBD & shops. Underground railway station is just 150m away.

The location Breakfast was a little disappointing as the fried eggs were very overcooked and dry. The room was very well appointed however the air-conditioned was extremely loud when it cut in on each cycle. To the point where after having constantly being woken up I turned it off at 3am & reported it the next day. Staff attended during the day but found nothing. Said to report it again if persisted. It did & I did.is perfect. Easy walking distance to CBD and access to the underground railway station is just 150m.

The room was very clean and well set up. The double bed was very cosy and the pillows were different thickness and were enough to make a good "away from home" pillow set up. The room was well lit for video calls and the desk was in a good spot which made it perfect for working. The staff were friendly right from check in, breakfast and check out. They were always happy to help. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was one of the best I've had in Perth. A great little home away from home that I would highly recommend.

It was a bit dangerous getting in and out of the shower. There was no shower mat and the tub was a bit high with no handle to hold on to as you got in and out. This is a tripping hazard made more dangerous by stepping in and out of water.

Spacious and well appointed room and bathroom. This hotel is in a great location in easy walking distance to several shopping malls, restaurants and pubs. If you like walking, it's also a great walking distance to spots like Elizabeth Quay, Kings Park and the Royal Perth Mint. I loved the restaurant and ate there several times over the duration of my stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

There was a bit of an issue with the heating in my room, which meant the room wasn't warming up. However, once I mentioned it to the reception staff, someone came to my room straight away to fix it. The heaters are a bit old and noisy which might bother light sleepers.

You can't beat the location- so convenient to be that close to city, train and a Coles. The sizes of the rooms is very generous with plenty of space for luggage and to move around, not like other hotel rooms where you have to edge around the bed and risk tripping on your suitcase.

I didn't have a veiw- the windows looked over the building roof and a bunch of other rooms windows (all facing into the U shaped space) and a bank of air-con units. Their was some rubbish laying around on the roof too. Maybe some plants up there would help liven ut up and give some point of interest out there.

in CBD of Perth close to station walkable to pier/shops and resturants clean, kitchenette, comfy beds

during a fire evacuation on our second night stay, there was no zone warden or lead from staff. poor signage everywhere people didn’t know what to follow. also when the fire drill was over all the doors from the stairs were closed we didn’t get told so walked 6 floors to find out it’s locked. again shows lack of staff redirection. no other facilities other than the room, no gym or swimming pool. poor lighting, no lighting in the kitchenette
