The hotel was very convenient - near eating places and tourist sites. It was very clean and staff were very helpful. One of the rooms had a welcome pack- chocolates, nuts, sweets and wine! What a pleasant surprise!

There was only valet parking onsite at $40 per day. However, staff recommended that we park at the public carpark nearby at $21 per day on weekdays n $10 per day on weekends.

The hotel is located in the center of Perth, the room was spacious, nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. It was good that the hotel provided discounted parking in the parking garage opposite. But if you arrive by car, let me give you a piece of advice: get out of the garage before your parking card expires, ask the concierge for another one and get back in, otherwise you will pay extra like us.

We were satisfied with everything, I can't write anything I didn't like.

The hotel had everything we needed and was in a good location. Our room was comfortable, and our window faced out over the city (not into the airshaft). People at the desk were nice. We used the free cat-buses to go to Kings Park (twice). Tour pick-ups were right in front of this hotel. We were a short walk to the waterfront restaurants and to the concert hall. There were many places to eat plus a convenience store and a Woolworth's Grocery nearby. We did not eat the hotel breakfast (ate granola in our room) but did enjoy our dinner at their restaurant one night. It was a short walk to the train to head to Fremantle or Cottesloe Beach. We used the laundry machines during both of our hotel stays which helped a lot because we traveled for almost a month with only airline carry-on bags.

Friendly staff, great amenities, central location. Family friendly, good service all round. Love the breakfast buffet. Room were perfect for a young family. Would definitely stay here again.

Service at the restaurant at night time/dinner, was slow, but mostly seem to be short staffed in there. But during breakfast time they were good. Cot they offered was not very good, the "mattress" seemed to be a piece of cardboard or MDMF, covered with a thin cushion sheet. Ok for our baby to play in but definitely NOT sleep in

Toiletries and slippers weren’t placed in the room and had to be collected from reception. Only one bottle of water per person was complimentarily provided for the entire stay! We had to either refill our bottles from the water cooler by the lifts, or purchase more bottled water from Ivy and Jack. A bit ridiculous considering we stayed eight nights. Air conditioning was a tad weird; it’d turn off and on by itself throughout the night. Maybe we should’ve fiddled a bit more with the controls, I dunno. Wish there were more power outlets! There was only one by the beds. Walls were pretty thin; we could hear the couple next door quarrelling in the wee hours of the morning.

We travelled to Perth with our family and stayed at Holiday lnn Perth City Centre hotel for 4 nights. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Special mention goes to James who accommodated our request for an early check-in when we arrived early and also to Seb who helped us arrange for car rental when all the nearby car rental companies had run out of cars. This saved our holiday! We will definitely stay at Holiday inn Perth City Centre in future and will recommend it to friends.

The buffet breakfast was good but it would be better if the menu be changed daily for variety.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were large and comfy and the pillows were large and soft and the room was very clean. I loved the smell of the body/hand wash supplies. The location was awesome and you can walk to so many places in central Perth. The room was quiet with very effective a/c. Valet parking was a time save for us and the polite attendant even took our luggage to the car in the morning as we were going shopping for an hour or two before collecting the car. A lovey experience and we will stay again when in Perth next.

Excellent location (perfect for show at RAC arena and concert at magnet house), room was tidy, good amenities. Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast at attached Ivy and Jack was great value and quality. Aircon in room worked well. Small fridge in room, along with kettle and coffee machine.

Rooftop view outside window on 3rd floor, with noisy air conditioners meant window needed to be closed overnight. No kitchen sink in room, but water available in foyer and provided in 2x 600ml bottles. Dinner at attached Ivy and Jack bar was ok, nothing exceptional. Smaller serving of fish and chips for $27.

Well located - easy access around city by public transport. Clean, modern, comfortable room. Little touches not found at other hotels at this price point such as initial complimentary water bottles and free water refill on n the lobby, kids stay free and eat free during school holidays, Nespresso pod machine in room. Staff were attentive. Ivy and Bean was a nice setting to have breakfast and dinner at.

Only one arm chair to sit in inside the room. No 'on demand' movies. There is option to connect with your device, but we couldn't work this out, so watched a movie on our phone instead.

We booked a last minute and I mean, like 3 minutes before, as we locked our car in an underground car park. Upon arrival to the hotel the staff couldn’t have been better. They offered us phone chargers, toothbrushes, activity packs for the kids, icey poles and even a late check out. They really made a difficult evening much better. Breakfast the next morning was faultless. They had everything you could think of, from toast, cereal, freshly made omelettes, donuts, fruits and so much more. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in a bad situation.
