The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly , especially the lovely house cleaner who always made sure we had clean towels and anything else we needed

The noise from other tenants and their fighting all night keeping us awake , we also had someone trying to get into our room in the middle of the night and on the last night we were there, someone knocked on our door at 3 am asking if he could stay in our room. We said no and shut the door, when we got up that morning, the same homeless person was sitting on top of the roof of our room eating food with all his bags. It was a bit frightening having people trying to get into our room

Location was excellent, the attached pub, The Swinging Pig, was awesome. The bar staff were friendly and the food and drinks were great plus they do room service. The room (No 1) was spacious, I slept like a log because the bed and pillows were comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent especially for a heritage listed building, that was originally a mill in 1840.

I am nit picking here, maybe updated ensuite and new carpet in the room and a slightly larger dining table.

Great location, clean, friendly staff and atmosphere. Liked listening to the live music next door. Loved that I could park outside my door. And key drop off was easy.

At first it was hard to figure out check in since reception was closed but you check in at the pub and it was easy. If you book over a holiday, it’s attached to a pub, I didn’t mind, but others might because it can get loud and full of people.

Easy access, Address exact on Google maps, The location between shopping precinct and bar/restaurant and small garden outside the backdoor. Fantastic noise control. Was a bit concerned when saw how close the bar was. Easy check in Lovely staff

Location was great. Customer service excellent, especially room service. Lovely, friendly and very courteous. Meals were ok, little overcooked for my liking. Would I stay there again......definately.

Room were exceptionally clean, even though quite aged. External and internal doors need replacing. Carpet very stained. In need of a little TLC. Bed and bedding was very clean and bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Food/drinks in Bar/restaurant pretty decent with affordable prices. Manager allowed us late check out!!

Don’t get room 10 you could hear music from pub 10am-12pm. But we did expect that as was right next door.

Extremely convenient for access to anything in Rockingham! Super friendly staff and wonderful service! Not too pricey either. We’ve come to the conclusion we will be back more often!

I liked the size of the room and the convenience of the swinging pig right next door.

It looked like the front door had been broken into a few times before us, the lock wasn't really to stable , it wouldn't of taken much to have got into the room.

Great spacious room. Little outside table and chairs in shared private courtyard. Clean, cleaned daily, coffee and tea making facilities. Older style accommodation, but very well kept. Excellent air conditioning. Perfect for the purpose of the visit.
