It was good because is close to the waterfall and good relaxing night. It could be the best if they have a wifi in the room.

Hopefully in the future they could put wifi in the room for the people staying in the chalets. Beside that is all good comfortable and relaxing for me. Only my kids always asking how come is no wifi here mummy. To much question. I told them to relax and watch tv. For me it was awesome.👍

As a regular guest, I was truly amazed by the cleanliness of my cabin. On enquiry, I was informed that it was cleaned by Claire. What a meticulous cleaner!! Such positive attitude, zeal and commitment to her work is highly commendable. I can't wait to visit again.

The aircon, which is permanently locked at 23° Centigrade. Not warm enough for winter nights.

We were welcomed into the park so warmly, the staff were really kind. The park was quiet and peaceful and was a close walk to see some llamas or go up the hill to Serpentine time Dam. Plenty of open grass space around the park to play soccer. Check in & out were both super easy and pleasant. The cabin had everything we needed for our short stay.

We had no issues and would definitely love to stay here again. The kids give it a 10/10.

Care takers attitude....towards me giving a man who sleeps in his car at your park my cabin as temperatures were dropping to 10 degrees...and my needs were catered for in my sons cabin that I also paid for...I really only needed one cabin not two..was booking online for two bed chalet..was told and given a second as apparently the frist cabin couldn't cater for us..Not ture and more than adequate.. Did not even use second cabin

This time round, I stayed in a newly refurbished/renovated cabin. Such comfort and classy comfort in a cabin that was as good as new!! Kudos Less for a job well done. And to make matters even better, there were no changes to the prices. Thank you Tasman @Serpentine for always having the customers in mind.....

The strong smell from the newly painted Varnish. Please use the odourless varnish type next time.

The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. Lovely decor and equipment, had all we needed. Staff were happy, friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, close to Serpentine Falls with a number of bush walks. It is a very peaceful area with a 10 minute drive to the next town with Restaurants, Supermarkets and shopping. Free WIFI is available at a number of Libraries in close proximity. Would highly recommend.

My cabin was very clean and comfortable. The showers and toilets were also very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. I loved the location as it is only a 10 minute walk to Serpentine Falls and hiking trails that I took advantage of. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would suggest is to somehow close of the window as the morning light comes through the edge of the blinds but then I really like it dark in my room 😊

Lovely little cabin with some updates. Cosy, warm and had everything we needed for our family of four. Walking distance to Serpentine Falls and amazing hiking trails. Short drive to beautiful wineries and breweries with some amazing food. A perfect weekend escape.

The property was very well kept. Only thing that could be improved would be a shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries bag as there is no bench space due to the size of the corner unit.

Everything was clean and tidy. Compact. Had everything we needed.

Limited room in the shower. It would have been good if the toilet had a closing door rather than a sliding door. That shower/toilet/basin area was a bit tight. Window was rattling at night in the heavy wind.
