Exceptional Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Accommodation: The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the overall comfort. The view from the room was breathtaking. Service: The staff at Hotel truly made my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping and concierge services, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Special thanks to the front desk team and owner for their helpful recommendations and quick responses to any inquiries I had. Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order omelets. I also dined at the hotel's fine dining restaurant, and the cuisine was exquisite, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The service in the restaurant was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfect. Facilities: TheHotel boasts top-notch facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a serene spa, and a stunning rooftop pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the pool, where I could unwind while enjoying the spectacular views. The spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the therapists were professional and skilled. Location: The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. I found it convenient to explore the city and return to the comfort of the hotel after a day of sightseeing. Recommendation: I highly recommend The Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

It’s an amazing place to stay. Interior looks cozy and done with the love to all details. Rooms are giant and you have everything you need for not not just a weekend but for 1 week/month stay. Everyone is very polite and ready to help whatever you need. From the windows you have a breathtaking view and ability to enjoy mountains and peaceful atmosphere of staying in the village. Nearby there is a nice restaurant where you can find your dinner.

Everything! The apartment is beautiful and clean, the view from the balcony is wonderful. Perfect place for kids, with the playground outside and the playroom inside for rainy days. The staff super attentive and the breakfast is amazing. Stayed for 5 nights qnd wanted to stay forever!

Only thing I would improve - since we booked an apartment, it would be nice if there were a few basics in the kitchen - salt, pepper, oil etc.

Good and comfortable hotel. We stayed on the second floor and you can hear every step of the people above that made lots of noise. Except that good place for families. Free bicycle and good breakfast

One bedroom apartment was a bit small for family of four

- clean and well designed hotel - upgraded us to a bigger room - staff was very kind and helpful - breakfast was great - great playground and playroom for kids - free bicycles of all kinds

- stairs inside apartment was not suitable for us with small children. - no sofa on living room except the dining table bench

Excellent place with a cozy apartment size for a family of 4, and a unique wellness area in the basement. The breakfast was wonderful and a bargain for that price.

The bed was too soft for our backs, but at the check-out the receptionist told us that they would have been able to change it if they were informed about the issue. So basically it's our fault that we did not complain during our stay. :)

Very comfortable and big rooms. The breakfest was great, Stuff friendly, There were free bicycle use, table tennis,balls and trampoline which was great for the kids. The location is ideal, but you need a car (close to a lot of attractions and walking trips around).

Not enough soaps and shampo bottles for 3 night. We forgot to ask for more in the last night (and arrived late to the room, so it was a little problem). The cleaning fee is little expensive, without cleaning during the 3 nights stay.

Rainerhof was simply an amazing experience and was one of the main reasons we enjoyed our trip so much. Everything from how clean everything was to how they pay attention to details to provide you with everything you need. We stayed there for 11 nights and wanted to even stay more if we could. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend specifically with kids:)

Nothing worth mentioning. The only improvement and it’s only going above and beyond is to have a car charging station in the parking area

The location is perfect for getting around with many restaurant around. the place is really nice and the staff is very kind and helpful. The inside is new and modern.

The water pressure in the showers is very poor and there is no air-condition. At this season it was a bit warm for us at night. All the rest was really perfect.

Staying at the Rainerhof was an exceptional experience. Their attention to detail throughout their facility was impressive. Also we enjoyed their breakfast offerings with fresh and homemade food. In addition, the staff was informative and kind.
