A newly built hotel, very modern and thoughtfully designed. We rented a chalet—a small, two-story house equipped with a sauna, kitchen, artificial fireplace, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a huge spacious living room. The reception and staff, in general, were very friendly and helpful. We did encounter some issues with the drain spigot in the bathroom, but it was fixed quickly and with good humor. However, I would recommend replacing this type of spigot as its design is rather unusual, i would say even strange. The area around the hotel is a paradise for skiing enthusiasts. Words can’t do it justice—you really have to see it for yourself. The hotel is situated at an elevation of 1,400 meters, ensuring plenty of snow even when it’s raining in the valley. However, you’ll need chains to drive up there, as the road can be tricky with snow and ice. Breakfast was excellent, though it’s served in another building about a 5-minute walk away. The walk, however, is a pleasant one with breathtaking mountain views, so there’s no reason to complain. The restaurant staff could improve table management, as tables for 4–6 were sometimes occupied by just two guests—though they were likely enjoying the mountain views with their morning coffee. The InterSport shop on-site provides all the ski equipment you might need, with friendly staff and reasonable prices. We also tried the skiing school for our 8-year-old daughter. While I’m not sure if the group lessons were worth the cost, the private lesson made a significant difference. To sum up in a few words: this is truly a snow paradise!

Amazing place to stay for a mountain vacation with families. Very modern and stylish hotel with high-level service. The personnel is very friendly and the rooms are spotlessly cleaned. A region card provided by the hotel includes many free activities, including cable rides. It also opens the gate down the hill (you should not pay to enter the panoramic road).

The location and the interior design was superior. The breakfast was good although the variety was not that extensive. The service was great, only the dinner service maybe a little bit unstructured. Overall we highly recommend the resort!

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, largely thanks to Aslan, who worked at the reception. He was incredibly professional, kind, and always available to assist with any request or question I had. I truly felt that he cared about the guests and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Exceptional service like this is rare, and Aslan definitely made my stay much better. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!

Wonderful new hotel, very comfortable and well-furbished apartment with a great view, nice spa/pool/sauna area.... and overall fabulous stay and experience. Also it is great that one gets Active Cards which can be used for free gondola rides and other attractions.

The only downside of the apartment were the lights which were too dim (some rooms could not be well lit). Also, walking to the hotel restaurant was not so comfortable when it was raining or snowing.

Triforet team made our family stay absolutely perfect. Very warm welcome and room upgrade, brand new facility with everything you can imagine and need. Amazing views and nature around. We will definitely come back! Thanks again for great memories!

No proper arrangement for parking left us to park at the garage without knowing its cost extra. The dinner can be improved but the breakfast was excellent. Had a problem with shower head (was fixed on the day after I told the reception)

Location, design, idea of the chalets.

The view could be better. We were looking at the neighbours parking place which is not nice, also the street was busy during the day which could be disturbing and less relaxing.

The location, nice and new and clean. Facilities, free cable car tickets. Morning yoga was amazing. Swimming pool and saunas were great.
