Rufi’s Hotel is an excellent place to stay! The design is modern and cozy, and the room offered an amazing view that we absolutely loved. Breakfast was exceptional — one of the best we’ve ever had. The location is fine, with the railway station and the funicular to Hafelekar both reachable within 30 minutes on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Innsbruck!

The hotel is great, the location is comfortable in walking distance from old town and there is a bus right there as well. The room was spacious and clean with everything needed inside and the staff were very nice and informative. The breakfast was excellent and there is a big parking space.

Everything was perfect, the room wide and very cleaned, the underground parking, the hall very cozy. The staff very kind. The position is good since in 15 minutes you can reach the centre walking.

Nice hotel, good value for money. Delicious breakfast, good variety. Food in the restaurant was great 👌 NYE dinner was quite good as well. Great service and very friendly staff 👏.

The location is not close to the centre. You need to go by car. Parking was full one day, and we needed to leave our car in the street. Thankfully, it was Friday night, and it was not a problem.

The location is great and the Innsbruck welcome card is excellent for travelling around Innsbruck and for discounts on other attractions. Close proximity to the river and mountains and main bus routes. The room was comfortable and very clean, with good facilities. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, as were staff on the front desk. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and good value. The food in the restaurant is delicious, especially the pizza!

We have stayed at this hotel before and felt that this time, some staff in the restaurant weren't as friendly or welcoming, which was a shame. Also, air conditioning in our room was not working well.

Charming hotel with exquisite and refined decor. Cozy, clean, and comfortable rooms. They also include a kettle and tea, herbal infusions, and coffee; a detail I really appreciate in a property. The breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of options. The hotel restaurant is also open for dinner. Loved their artisan pizzas. On a special note, I would like to thank Lisa, a staff member from reception, for her kindness and her professionalism. I highly recommend Rufi's Hotel and will definitely stay here if I ever come back to Innsbruck.

Everything was excellent. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Staff members responsibly carried our luggage to the room. They also helped with location queries of tourist spots. The view from the room was also great. Very spacious room with big bathrooms and other amenities. Good prices for rooms including breakfast.

Very strict with check-in time. Although, we came just 1 hr early.

We were very happy with our choice. The room large and very clean. All you need for a stay of a couple of days was there, lncluding a coffee machine, water kettle,, tea and coffee bags, 2 bottles of soda in the fridge and even 2 coupons for drinks in the bar. Parking is free. We did not have our breakfast there but noticed that it is very rich. Frontdesk was very friendly and helpfull. There is a very good restaurant inside the hotel. Good value for the price.

We realized on the second evening that the TV was not working. The frontdesk lady tried her best to help with no success and there was no maintenance person in that time to fix it. The head waiter in the restaurant was unpolite and rude when I asked him to clean our table. The menue of the restaurant on its site in the internet is not updated.
