Beautiful hotel in a great location for the slopes and just a 5 mins walk down to the centre of Kitzbuhel. The staff were all excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was great - wonderful choice at breakfast and great evening meals. The New Years Eve gala dinner and party was great fun. The wellness centre and pool is also very nice and wasn’t too busy. The ski and boot room is exceptionally good with plenty of space.

We stayed half board and for us the 5 course meals were a bit too heavy/ rich for every night - even though all the food was great. If you’re staying a week I would recommend maybe don’t book the half board and just book a couple of nights in the hotel restaurant.

Amazing staff -Thomas on reception was outstanding always smiling no matter what hour always helpful - Martin was very good too on check out . All the staff here are exceptional , the team at breakfast both chaps with names beginning with P gave us fantastic service Breakfast selection itself was outstanding -massive selection of cold buffet, fresh fruit and cooked breakfast options- nothing was missed it had it all !

Tremendous service and hospitality from front desk and breakfast staff. We've stayed at this hotel before and continued to be impressed by the customer focus and the quality/cleanliness of the room and facilities. Location is excellent with access to the old town and cable car in just a few meters. Breakfast is outstanding and the team uses regional products from local makers. Sauna areas is nice and views from the hotel patio are great.

Parking is a bit small and tight. Would like to see some slight updates in the fitness room.

Breakfast and Bar / Lounge was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The lady at Front Desk during the day was very helpful and went out of her way to assist with a Birthday Cake for my son (not expected). Hotel Kaiserhof is an example of a hotel doing everything right. The rooms, halls and public areas are very well kept and clean. The bathrooms were immaculate and spotless. However, it is always the people that make for a great stay. Everyone we encountered were wonderful. The location was perfect with easy parking. We love this place!

The room was very warm. I turned off the element and opened the window but me and my husband were still waking up several times because of the heat. Stayed a total of 4 nights in room 103. Very strange feeling being too warm in the middle of the winter. The hotel is definitely too expensive for its class but overall very good.

All excellent.Wide variety of breakfast offerings,nicely presented and special requests handled easily. Room airy capturing the energy of the premier location. Close enough to feel the pulse of this historic venue.

I liked and was satisfied with everything, but dinner was closer to a four star than a five, not that a five star event is necessary.wait staff friendly and helpful, but not quite as attentive as you would expect a five star to be.

We found a great last minute offer and even got an upgrade. It was an incredibly nice experience, comfortable room, and the spa was amazing. Breakfast was also great, with food offer to accommodate all needs, with some local products and fresh ingredients. Kind staff.

It was incredibly hard to order coffee during breakfast. I strongly suggest that some coffee is offered for self-service and then some other options (such as the espresso or cappuccino) can be ordered to the waiter. We needed to ask a few times and chase the waiters in order to get ours, which only arrived later during breakfast. We wanted some more and felt it was not allowed to order another cup.

The staff was excellent from the time we arrived until we departed. Dinner was very good and the daily breakfast was good as well. Very short walk down into the town center, and ideally located near the lift. Just beware that the air conditioner in the newer rooms doesn't work too well and if you're located on the west side of the hotel your room will be incredibly warm in the afternoon. It was too warm for us to sit out on the balcony. Thankfully they provided a fan which helped a bit at night.

The room was snug, and very warm.

the hotel is very authentic Austrian Tirol style which gives a sense of place when you stay there. The location,right by the Cable car up to mountains, was excellent - just out the door of the hotel. The ski storage was very convenient and warm. the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. the rooms are very well serviced and cleaned and it was very relaxing to stay there.

The breakfast buffet was not as good as other hotels I have stayed in -less choice of cereals and no fresh fruit or pancakes and no English breakfast tea! The restaurant is quite formal to eat in the evenings which probably suits a certain type of guest but we prefer more casual bistro dining with more atmosphere. the food was very good in the evening but very limited menu and small portions for my teenage son! The room was noisy the first night as you can hear all the noise from downstairs echoing up the main stairs. luckily we found we had a second door to access our room that we closed for the next nights.

Just about everything. The rooms were large and well appointed. Bathrooms were polished and luxurious. The breakfast was very well prepared and the coffee was perfect.

The dinner restaurant was not great (which is surprising because the breakfast was awesome). We decided to try the dinner restaurant based on the breakfast experience but we were let down. Better to try something in town. :(
