Walking distance to historical buildings but also central to station and buses. Clean and comfortable room. Staff very polite.

Like most central rail stations, there are some dubious characters that sit around but they left us alone. Fire/Evacuation alarm went off on our first morning at 730am and we had to evacuate but not the hotel fault. Rather the person that hit the fire alarm!

Great location as it should be, just opposit of the salzburg main train station. Along the way to the hotel it is almost flat street which make us easy to roll our big luggage. Next to the hotel is the Forum, shopping mall, that has many shops and retuarants nearby. Easy to find just follow the sign in google map we can find the hotel in a minute. The breakfast is very good, it is enough to fill our morning, a variety of food to select and a smooth coffee to enjoy. The room is clean and has enough facilities, the bed is comfy but it is a bit soft for us. The staffs are all freindly and willing to help, we arrive before check-in period yet they allow us to get the room which is very very lovely for us who travel a long 14hrs flight to take a rest for a while.

There are nosisy sometimes, since the location is near to many transport platforms.

As soon as you come out the Salzburg train station, you see this hotel right in front of you, which is great. The check-in process was smooth thanks to the helpful staff there. The spacious 260 sq ft. room had great room aesthetics. We loved the modern feel of the room and bathroom with high-end fittings. The kettle in the room with liberal room supplies was a blessing in the cold weather. The buffet breakfast which we had opted for was served in their restaurant with lovely views of the snow-capped mountains. The spread was huge, and each item was delicious. This will surely be our go-to property every time we visit Salzburg.

The in-house wellness area was a really nice addition to our trip, going to the sauna and steam bath to relax :D The staff was super kind and friendly, always willing to help! You can take your breakfast in the top floor and in the evening you can have a drink at the lobby bar, which is nice since some bars close pretty early, especially on weekdays.

Although it is suuuuper close to the train station which is convenient, it's almost 25-30 minute walk to the old town, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Good thing that the bus station is also close to the hotel! Unfortunately we did find some stains in our sheets but we didn't really mind as they were minuscule and the overall experience overshadowed such a small detail.

Conveniently located hotel, right next to the main station and attached to a mall with almost everything you need for your basic necessities. As a solo traveller, I felt the area was quite safe at any time of the day. Loads of restaurants around, with quick access to the tram and bus line as well as taxis. Easy walking distance to the Old Town as well. The staff there were exceptionally nice especially the Front Desk Receptionist Tom Bub.. He was always super patient and kind and was more than willing to go out of his way to cater to all your needs. Always had a smile on his face to greet you no matter how busy the front desk was. He has vast knowledge about the city as well as areas outside of it and can share the best tips and tricks to get around without being scammed as a tourist in the city. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is literally steps from the train station, so a perfect location for people passing through town on short-term trips. It's not the most attractive part of town, but I always felt safe when coming and going, and the old town, with the bulk of the tourist attractions, is just a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are small but well-designed, with comfortable beds and free bottled water. The bathroom was surprisingly big! And the hotel breakfast is extremely generous and well-tended. The best part of the H+ experience is the super-friendly and helpful desk staff! I regret not catching the name of the woman who checked us in (she had long dark hair and a lightly goth vibe), but she gave us tons of useful information in terms of using the Salzburg Card (worth it if you're planning to see more than two attractions), which spots to go to and which to skip, and how to manage public transportation in town. The H+ team was also able to let us check in early, and leave our bags after checkout so we didn't have to lug them around until our late train.

The neighborhood is what you'd expect from a train hub; lots of grab-and-go fast-food places, but it lacks the charm of central Salzburg. This is definitely well-suited for a business hotel, something practical; if you're coming for a dream vacation, you may prefer something with a little more old-world charm.

It is a very nice hotel located close to the train and bus station. The rooms have air conditioning which was totally necessary during our trip. The only negative thing has to do with the windows that are locked for safety reasons and can be lightly opened only on tilt mode, not fully, limiting the possibility to refresh the air inside the room and obliging you to sleep with the air conditioning on, but this is quite common in many hotels and shouldn't be considered as something very important.

The hotel was right beside the train station. This was perfect for us as we were travelling around Austria by train. The staff were all really helpful. They recommended we buy a Salzburg card which was 46 Euros for 3 days. We saved 96 Euros each by doing this. Would especially like to thanks Tom from Reception. Very friendly and helpful, Came up after 11pm to fix our safe so we could get our medication out which saved us a lot of stress. he should be employee of the month. Nothing was to much trouble for him.

We stayed here for 2 nights after arriving via train, and the hotel could not have been more convenient in that regard - located directly next to the train station. The service upon check-in was excellent, and the rooms were clean. You can't hear the trains or any noise from the rooms. Most of the rooms are twin/doubles, meaning they can push 2 singles together to make a double, or they can push them apart to make 2 singles; there are a few rooms that can sleep 3 people by bringing a roll-away bed into the room, but in those rooms the larger bed is a fixed queen-size bed and cannot be split into 2 twins. There is a public parking garage right next door where you can park a car for 16 euros overnight (get ticket when pulling into the garage and then pay at the front desk, and they will then give you a ticket to get out of the garage). The hotel is also located next to a large mall, which includes a McDonald's and Dunkin' Donuts. All in all, this was a good place to stay for us given our short 2-day stop-over after arriving via train. However, if you're going to be staying in Salzburg longer, you may want to stay in the more cute/historic part of town.

The rooms are very small/basic. The towels (as seemed to be standard in this part of the world) are not very thick or large. We did not have breakfast up on top floor because we thought 21 euros per person seemed expensive.

Great location and a beautiful looking hotel in the main square within a few meters from the Railway station. Hotel room was small and was shown as a comfort room. There was only 1 chair with no back for support and a small area to sit but the back was straight against the wall and very uncomfortable. The breakfast made up for it with a lovely open breakfast room with a view to never forget. The choice of food was amazing with both hot and cold choices. Staff were also very pleasant and professional.

Just the size of room and proper seating and also a nice lounge for people to sit and have refreshments.
