Loved the mini croissants and chocolates. The staff was super nice and helpful too! We liked that you also don’t change bedding/towels unless asked as it can be very wasteful.

No parking at hotel, but I think that’s just life and there’s no way to change that. Noticed that there was the sound of someone dragging furniture across the floor every day. Wasn’t sure what furniture it could be as none of it moved and the office chair had wheels so it didn’t drag. We also noticed our door would shake a little every time someone in the room next to ours opened/closed their doors. We’re heavy sleepers so we didn’t mind but I could definitely see how the noise from that could make for a restless night for someone else.

Loved the location. 15 mins walk to the city and easy walking to the bus and train station. Lovely greeting when we arrived. Room was spotless and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Hotel doesn’t do breakfast but we were aware of that when we booked.

I am very glad that the hotel has been improved significantly. We were first frightened by comments months ago concerning filthy and terrible conditions of the hotel. Howeve, there were some positive comments in the last few weeks so we decided to give us a try (plus the price was such a bargain). We were not disappointed fortunately. The room is not too spacious, however, it is perfect for short-stays. Very clean and very modern. Hot bath, kettle, tea and coffee bags, clean beddings, mini fridge, and central location - I cannot ask for anything more given the price we paid. On the other hand, it would be much better if the hotel could prepare water bottles in each room. We needed to boil the water ourselves to get some drinkable water :) Besides, they don't have 24-hour reception desk, which is a pity as some visitors might have serious flight delays or midnight flights. For us, we tried to reach the receptionist at 12AM as we were desperately thirsty but saw no one :). But never mind, in general, very very nice stay. I recommend!

It is near the Salzburg main Train Station and all the Tourist Spots. Its worth the price and the staff are friendly. They also let us stay at the Lobby while waiting for our trip back to Munich.

The only thing I didn‘t like was that as we checked in they asked for the payment although I already paid the day before we arrived and the day I need to checkout online I couldn‘t proceed because according to the Website I still needed to pay. But the staff are so friendly , I sent my Receipt through email and it was cleared.

Everything went swimmingly, the newly renovated room is beautifully laid out and very practical to boot. All that was needed was provided, a kettle for tea, refrigerator, ample amount of towelling etc. And complementary hygiene and grooming products in the bathroom. And they have outdone themselves with the amount and placing of sockets... The staff, namely reception, were top level and took care of everything in a professional and pleasant manner. And the managers were very welcoming and interested in making my stay as comfortable as they could. Oh, and all are extremely friendly too... The location is ideal, a short ten minute walk to the main train station and 2 minutes to the wonderfully pleasant river walkways. As well as very easy access to the center of the city, the hotel has a number of fine restaurants close by - Zanetti's across the road bakes a mean pizza, I went there two days in a row... All in all, I highly recommend you stay here when you make your way to Salzburg. It will be my option again when I return.

We knew that the was no restaurant currently at the hotel so we took our own cereal and bowls and dangled the milk out of the window to keep it cold for breakfast! The hotel is in an excellent location within 100 yards of bus stops for the city centre and a direct bus to and from the airport! Could not fault the location at all. Loved the night lights in the bedroom and the heated bathroom and bathroom floor was superb.

The fridge in the room didn’t keep the sandwiches cold enough but the reception put them in their fridge downstairs. Everything else was great!

The location is a 30 min walk from the main parts of Salzburg, it's very easy to follow the river down. The room was nice, beds comfy, showers were good, it was nice and modern. Got a chocolate on arrival etc room was clean.

The parking situation is really bad, I personally would not stay at this hotel if you have a car. The parking is 4 dodgy spaces next to a car detailing garage, and everyone who parked there was blocked in. I was told I wouldn't need to reserve a space but there was none when I arrived. Then when I saw everyone blocked in, and the fact they charge money for this, is wrong. It's not safe, it's abit sketchy really. I ended up paying for street parking which was annoying as it's only short day so I had to refresh this 3 times.

The newly refurbished room was comfortable and clean. We particularly liked the bathroom with its heated flooring. Fridge was very useful, since breakfast was unavailable. The staff were very friendly, informative and couldn’t do enough for us. They recommended places to eat for breakfast and dinner. The location was particularly good, within walking distance to both the station and the old town and main attractions.

The staff were very accomdatimg. helpful, and the rooms were .modern and clean. The details were taken care of, and this is demonstrated with lighting movement, which was conviant at night time and creating energy savings.. It was a seven minute direct walk to My Laundry if one needed clothes washed, and that was conviant, and the establishment was clean and easy to use. Overall, I would stay again.

The small elevator, but that would never be a deal maker as I was thankful they had one. I also believe they are creating a new one.

Good location, close enough to both, train station and city center. Friendly personnel. We arrived earlier and the room wasn't ready yet, but they offered to store our luggage Clean room, comfortable bed, well stuffed

It was quite noisy from the corridor and for longer stay the wardrobe or at least hangers wouldn't hurt. But it's minor thing. Overall, for a short stay and considering the price, this option is really good
