For the price I was expecting bad things, it was very clean and recently refurbed. - It wasn't fancy, but then I didnt pay for fancy.

A kettle in the room and a mini fridge would have made much happier.

Really close to the train station, and lots of places around to grab something to eat quickly. Reception were very friendly and helpful, stored our bags for free when we checked out which was really helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast. Finding a room for 5 people is always challenging but this one worked really well for us and felt as though we had enough space and everyone slept really well. Shower was good and handy being separate from the toilet.

You had to be careful with the toilet which kept flushing if you used the big flushing button as opposed to the small one.

This us a low-cost option that was conveniently located, close to the main train station and other public transportation; just a few stops from Old Town Salzburg. It is a quiet area, away from the crowds, close to a grocery and some small resturants. Perfect resting place. Although there is a construction site across the street, it is the quietest one I have ever seen (not heard!).

The lighting in the room was ridiculous! The bathroom and entry we very well lit, but the main sleeping area had just one Edison-style bulb in a central ceiling fixture. It provided almost no light at all. It was hard to see as we were packing up on our last morning with an early train to catch.

Breakfast was good, everything that you need and BellaBot was a huge source of enjoyment for the kids! Room was great for a family travelling together and who want to be all in a room together, all clean, great facilities. Location was excellent for getting to and from the airport and the station for travelling around the city and beyond.

Unfortunately the beds were really uncomfortable, super hard in fact and the pillows and duvet really thin so pretty hard to sleep through the night and gave me an aching back actually. Also small but the curtains were not wide enough to cover the whole window, fine in the winter when we travelled but I imagine that in the summer this would be a problem!

Room bigger than I expected (even had shelf) Unlike previous reviews by others, room was cool and comfy during our stay. Beds also very comfy (though pillows too flat) Relatively clean room, though luggage containers under the beds were dusty - but we were not too bothered)

We booked non-refundable stay for 5 nights via booking.com. But only managed to stay 3 nights coz our arrival was delayed due to bad weather. Received a message before arrival that our booking was non-refundable and non-cancellable, so will keep the booking for us so long as we arrive within the 5-day period. We were mentally prepared to stay 3 nights despite having paid 5 nights previously. But was surprised that at check-in, we were told that our previous booking has been cancelled and we have to pay for 3 nights in a new booking. Luckily after some time, the staff managed to work things out for us. Appreciated it!

Loved the location - super close to bus and tram stops and the main train station in Salzburg, which was really helpful! Staff was nice, room was clean. Beds were comfy. There was AC which was a huge plus! Hotel bar available. Overall, a great stay, especially for travelers doing a more active trip and wanting easy access to public transport.

Definitely a tight squeeze for 3 people but we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel anyway, so it was fine for what we needed! Have to pay for breakfast - cheaper if you book it the night before. Didn't look like too many options so we never had the breakfast. Lobby area was nice but got really really warm in the summer time. Construction was going on and it's very close to the main train stop so it did get a bit noisy but it wasn't too bad.

This hotel was perfect for families! The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, which added a fun touch to their stay. The room was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax, and it was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic as well, with a great variety of options that catered to both adults and kids. On top of that, it offered excellent value for money, especially for a family trip. It made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and we had a great stay.

About a 5 min walk from the train station, though you have to pass what seems like bus parking lots which had random men standing around. Room had sufficient space to open luggage and beds were comfortable though pillows were crap.

Free luggage storage prior to check-in and after check-out is available but extremely unsafe because they are just left there without any tag. We left our luggage before check-in and came back to find them in the lift lobby, completely out of sight from the reception. When we came back to get our luggage after leaving them at check out, the receptionist just told us to get our bags among the sea of other bags.

Ideal for a 1 day stop over. The staff were lovely, the room was perfect for our group of 5 and the facilities were decent enough. It was clean as well which is always good. Near the train station which was perfect for us and it was very reasonable in cost. Over all, it served our needs perfectly and I would use it again in future if I was doing a similar trip.

When I booked the hotel, it had a slight name change a few weeks after which seemed odd. Then another few weeks later I received a WhatsApp message from a spam/hacker claiming to be Harry's hotel asking for payment. Harry's assured me it was spam and to ignore it but all the way leading up to the stay, it did make me question if this was a legitimate place... thankfully it was and we had no problems but it was an uncomfortable start!

The property was fresh and new. The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious. We had an extra single bed in the room which was handy for the luggage that didn’t fit on the regular luggage stand. Location was an easy walk from the station and handy to the transport hub for buses to go into the main part of town. The continental breakfast was great and I loved the inclusion of bacon and scrambled eggs.

We usually like a fridge and have found the majority of economical hotels on our Europe trip don’t have them. The shower door needed adjustment. The late checkin was a little inconvenient but they let us drop off our luggage.
