I was there in July with my Wife and Son. The in-house SPA was a must have condition and it is far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in the center of Sölden, in a newly built and well maintained building with clean and well equipped rooms. The accommodation looks like on the pictures. We felt at home and it was worth the price.

In the summer time there is no reception. We had to go to another Hotel for the keys. Under our stay we could't find out how we can open the garage door from inside, but it could be our fault. The smart TVs cannot use to as a monitor and no option to use streamin services or to plug in a pendrive.

We had one of the new apartments on the 4th floor. Very nice. However two things were wrong which is strange for a new apartment - the bathroom sliding door didn’t close completely all the way. There was a crack and it’s right where the toilet is. So there’s not full privacy on toilet. - the curtains at the window were too short. I had to use a clip to hold them together so they would stay closed and no light would come in. I love having the window open at night for fresh air. However you hear loud people on the streets at night. And very loud church bells which wake you up at 6 am. The location is excellent for ski lift and restaurants. But if you stay a little further away it’s quieter.

New building, everything is great quality, spacious, very warm rooms, good kitchen. Perfect location, very walkable to the lift. The hotel also has ski service downstairs that can prepare your equipment overnight. Underground Parking is very convenient.

We had an EV and the hotel had the charger that’s twice more expensive than any charger nearby and no discounts for people staying here. Electricity is much more expensive than gas there. Heaters in the bathroom didn’t work even after they came and tried to fix it but we didn’t really need them this time. As the alternative there’s an electric fireplace that can heat up and dry your stuff. Blankets are more suitable for short people but you can always ask for extra one.

The location was great, nice quieter area with a few nice restaurants very close by. Apartment was very nice, spacious and clean with very comfortable beds and nice big bathrooms. Sauna area was also good with multiple saunas and steam rooms.

The WiFi was pretty slow, not even fast enough for watching movies etc.... Also we visited in February and the rooftop pool was not very well heated, needed to be a few degrees warmer when the weather outside is cold, it was not comfortable to just relax in, you had to be swimming the whole time or you quickly became cold. Would not be good for kids. Also the jacuzzi area in the pool was not working while we were there, although it would have been to cold to sit in anyway.

The place was cozy and comfortable, the astonishing view of the rooms balconies allows you to enjoy the stream sound and the cold breeze it makes even during the hottest summer time.

The check in and checkout timings could be changed to be more flexible especially that some flights could arrive in late timings and driving to hotel could take some time because of the low speed streets in that beautiful city

A splendid location and the apartment was very spacious with a gorgeous view and large balcony. Every 2nd day we have got fresh towels and garbage cleared which increased our comfort. Very convenient located, basically everything you like just few hundred meters away. Really cozy offering all you need for a great winter holiday, including SPA and open air heated swimming poo! It is the best experience we had so far in similar locations for winter holidays in Europe!

A beautiful hotel, located in the center of the town. Everything is new. The apartment itself is very functional. Fully equipped kitchen, nice balcony. Large and spacious master shower, very fun to use. Rooftop pool + a beautiful entire floor of a spa (sauna, calm area) with a view There is enough parking places, including underground parking.

The minuses: the reception is not active most of the time, and the reception's entrance is closed most of the time. It would have been nice if there were few tea bags in the room next to the coffee capsules.

The apartment hotel is very well located. The apartments are very spacious and the provided facilities were great including the SPA. The hotel provides a free parking possibility which is a great plus.

The fact that the reception is always closed, so in case you need some minor help or extras you will need to call. During our stay there was some constructions ongoing and it was very noisy sometimes starting from early morning. Such a fact should be mentioned as a remark before booking, which is not the case.

lovely big rooms with everything you need but swimming pool very cold special in the winter when should be heated a lot more because outside is already very cold,never tried the spa facility but lucky hues can use the Regina s hotel pool

we stayed for 6 days but no one came to hoover or mop the floor that really needed cleaning because my socks were dirty every day don’t know how but for the amount we paid I really believe they should they only came to change the bins..and towels every second day

Standard of accommodation is fantastic. Clean throughout and the two daily room service is just enough to keep towels fresh and on top of bins etc...

Could have done with a combi oven instead of a microwave as no oven present. We had an issue where extremely heavy fixtures were fitted to the wall with inadequate fittings. These fell off the wall when a bag was placed on top and could easily have injured someone. This is not to detract from the property but it does need addressing.
