The room was spaceous and spotless clean! The beds were comfortaboe and the sauna area beautiful. We had a look at the gym (didnt use it as there was no time) and it looked amazing. The breakfast was excellent-thank you so much!

The restaurant was enormeous - but for breakfast we got the same table asigned for both mornings - and were zurrounded by (noisy) people. Why? There were so many empty tables??? There was only onecoffee machine available so quite some traffic in the morning. It seems that smoking is allowed downstairs... We had a room in the first floor and the hallway stank both mornings In the sauna you can have fresh fruit and tea. The first day we went there was no fruit, lemonwater or cups left... Surprising! Nobody came to check, no refill... And: not the hotels fault: there are guests that enter the spa area and block a bed in the relaxing area (4 available) to then disappear for half an hour... Just because... Very egoistic!

Best!! I recommend with all my hearth our 5 nights were amazing. The dinner is a must the stuff the best so cute! And the best thing is right across the ski telecabin, literally just 10 seconds across the street.

Everything was exceptional. Maybe that they don’t have a pool but depends on you, we did not need one.

Our 4th time at this hotel and staff, particularly wait staff, were fabulous as usual. Food was very good but we already knew that from previous stays. Location is excellent, mid-way between the cable-car and the village centre and the usual included Summer Card was great for all lifts, buses etc. In itself it's worth 88 euros.

The room was rather basic and the balcony was on the side of the building next to a noisy bikers' bar, and in shade all day. We never had wi-fi in our room throughout the whole stay and it was never fixed, neither was there an offer of a reduction for this lack of advertised facility. Also for a 4-star hotel, there was no bed linen change during the whole 7 nights. Not good!

The buffet was good, as expected. Location was perfect, between the two larger lifts and in front of the smaller lift. The Sauna experience was very good and all round facilities were top notch.

The omelette at breakfast was overcooked and we had to remind staff of our coffee orders 3 times.

Fantastic hotel with excellent restaurant, wellness and very friendly staff. Location right next to busstop, ski-lift and rental. Highly recommended!!

Really good location and really nice facilities. They have a very beautiful and cosy restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the room was really nice. They also provide hamam and steam rooms for free.

We had 2 single beds next to each other while we asked for a double. still it was comfortable.

Awesome spa area!

Breakfast was superb. Eggs on demand cooked to order was a highlight. All the other necessary items too, including pear nectar which I rarely see anywhere.

Location and staff are very good

Could have a kettle in the room and also breakfast could have vegan milk as optional and omellete is very strange . Bathroom of the room is not friendly

It was all perfect, lots of apre ski bars, when the car was hit in the car park the owner of the hotel had his insurance deal with it.
