First of all, we've visited at the end of the December 2024. It's a new part of town, with new buildings, wide pedestrian "streets" - all surrounding is for pedestrians. There was everything that we needed: supermarket, places to eat, and the nearby first metro station of U2 line. We parked our car upon arrival and "forgot" about it. It must be beautiful in the summer strolling around and by the near by lake. Apartment was: new, clean, equipped with everything we needed (as advertised), with more than good heating, quiet, overall comfortable, without any downside. Dealing with codes to enter the building, apartment and card for parking worked flawlessly. We were death tired of going to the museums, and Christmas Markets at the evenings, but the apartment was there to revive us fully!

Minor problem was: what to do with a car, while we had to get the parking card from the apartment? Hazard lights while getting the parking card was the answer. Maybe some mobile app should address this very minor issue?

Perfectly clean, confortable apartment, new district, proximity to metro station (1 minute by walk).

Bad isolation insade of apartment. Between two apartments instead of complete wall from the back side there were locked doors as a separation. We should speak quitely all three days of our staying and that was frustrated. We could easily hear each voice from the other side. For the first time we faced this issue as a frequent travalers. Apart of this fact everything else was perfectly organized including parking place in the garage.

Very good location in the new district of Vienna - Seestadt. In 100m from apartment there is Seepark around Asperner lake, where it was very comfortable to walk with our dog every morning and evening. Also, in 100m from apartment, there is the subway station Seestadt, so far it is the last/first station on U2 line, if you go from/to Vienna's center. From here to the city center is just 25 mins, the trains go quite often and, because it is the 1st station, it is easy to find free seats for all family members. The new repaired apartment is located in building 2020-year construction and equipped with everything what we need: LCD TV, two comfortable beds with two bedside tables, wardrobe, dinner table with two chairs, commode, kitchen with coffee machine (two coffee capsules were included as compliment to guests), refrigerator, MW oven, kettle, hot plate, all kitchen stuff. Everything is clean, enough space for two people, Bathroom with shower is quite big, everything was working fine. Internet was good, the reception staff was friendly with us and explained all we needed and provided Vienna's map. Car parking is located in one of neighbor building and it is free for guests. Easy to get parking card and find parking place. All instructions how to get access to building, apartment, parking area were sent to us via message and there was not any problem to come in.

It will be better to have additional lightning above kitchen table and hot plate. The racks for drying of kitchen stuff after washing is required.

Very good location if you don't want to be directly in the city center. It's a newly built neighborhood, very modern and trying to create its own community. The apartment has everything that is needed for a short stay. It was rather clean inside the apartment and also in the building itself. The parking option is very nice and close by. Well handled by the owners. The U-Bahn barely 3 minutes by foot is also very convenient. For its price and how it's being advertised, it is definitely worth it.

The pillows need some reworking. Our pillows were basically flat and quite uncomfortable to sleep with. The room itself might need a little bit more personality, it does feel a little bit bland but that's just being picky.

Very nice and quiet quarter, great for family or couples. Although it is far from old Vienna, U2 U-bahn station is very close (100m) and subway is running every 5-10 mins until midnight. Hofer and Spar stores are very close and garage is excellent. Apartment was clean and nice. Great and responsive staff and keyless/contactless arrangement.

Uncomfortable bed mattress. One side of bed was much worse than other (2 smaller mattress instead of one big). Also some room slippers could be useful.

Very comfortable bed and reasonable size of the room. A big plus was the kitchenette with all the needed utensils. And a very nice gesture were the Nespresso capsules and the complimentary pillow biscuits. Smooth self check in, which was explained very clearly via messages. We also were grateful for the free parking space in the adjacent garage to the apartment building. I would definitely recommend that place to anyone coming for a visit, yet I think a car should be a must cause Vienna is almost 30 minutes away from the place. Unless you use public transport.

There were only some spider webs in the corner of the room.

Wonderful place like an oasis in desert. Completly new buildings and new flats or should I say a new town block - small district. It seems that architekts made one excellent job.

Very far away from city center... Due constraction works U-bahn line doesn't operate to Seestadt till september 2022 so you must take a bus...

The apartments are small but enough for some days if you are in Holiday. It is in a quiet zone and really close to public transportation, with U2 directly in the city center.

The bad it was hard, if you have any problem with your back, spine you can have bar pains and some night without sleeping, but this depends in the person :) The water in shower always changed from hot to cold, so it hard to calculate when you can wash your hair, if you have long hair. The water at sink had hot water just if we opened the water at the shower ( i do not like that, because we are wasting fresh water with this solution :( ).

The location is great. There is a supermarket and a few nice restaurants and bakeries in the immediate neighborhood. It is also well connected, with a U-Bahn station and a bus station nearby. Riding on either of those provide a less-than 30 minute trip to the city center. There is a Shell gas station with low fuel prices, a 3-minute drive from the property. There is a McDonald' s next to the gas station, and it works until 1:00 in the morning if you want a late-night snack. The property itself is very nice, clean, well-lit, and has great amenities. The check-in and check-out is easy, and the staff gives you all the necessary instructions for both.

The apartments are situated in a gorgeous new neighborhood, that has a feeling of a Mediterranean resort. There is a small lake 100m form the apartments and we actually went swimming. The neighborhood is full off small shops and restaurants. The apartment is 5 min walk from the subway, so you can reach the Centre of Vienna in 35 min. The apartments have two great shared terraces, which adds to the seaside resort feeling. There are at lest 6 playgrounds in the neighborhood, and no cars. The evening silence in gorgeous. The only sounds are crickets. Unreal. The kitchen is equipped with basic pots and pans. There is a microwave and even a coffee machine. The staff is lovely, very polite and organized. Also - thank you for being really cool after we stained the bedsheets. I am so sorry and also so grateful for your kindness.

The place is awesome. There is nothing that could be done better. Please don't raise the price over all your good reviews.
