First of all, the staff were very nice and helpful to me before, during and even after my stay. They responded to all of my requests quickly and kindly. The room itself was very nice, clean and spacious. The location is great, not in the center so it's not noisy but just near a metro station that gives you easy access to the city centre. In the street itself there is also a variey of good places to eat if you don't feel like going far.

I was on the 6th floor and the Wifi kept on disconecting. Personally I didn't find much to eat at breakfast. there were things to choose from but I was missing an omlet or scrambled eggs to complete that.

Beautiful spacious room (we stayed in the Schonnbrunn suite), with separate bedroom for the kids, very attentive for our 1 year old, providing a baby bed, a change cushion and odor free deposit for dirty dipers, all without additional charges! Fabulous! The breakfast is legendary, creative, surprising, healthy and high quality! Majestic! The people at the lobby were awesome! I was offered a free glass of wine in the late evening, and had great chats, that simply made my day. The location is great; it is from walking distance to Prater and right next to a metro step, taking you anywhere in the City you want to! In the same street of the hotel, you can find good places to eat and shops to buy you stuff that help you through the day. The parking places from the hotel are advisable, as it is challenging to park the car elsewhere close to the hotel. Beautiful hotel for a family with small children!

Hardly any comments, the only thing I could think of is the price of the parking spots; it is €26/night which gets pricey if you stay longer

Convenient location of the hotel. Nearby metro station, 2 stops to the city center. It is very convenient! Very friendly staff. Nice room with balcony and comfortable bed. Clean! There is parking in the courtyard for an additional fee. But, you need to order immediately when booking, there are not many places.

Breakfast! I haven't seen such a small selection of dishes for a long time! There weren't even scrambled eggs! I saw guests confused by such a poor choice. For small children, there is practically nothing. Good coffee. But that's thanks to the coffee machine.

We stayed at this hotel Henriette Stadthotel Vienna for 2 nights. Hotel staff greeted us with lime-honey drink at the lobby. We booked a family of two bedroom suits. Both rooms ' beds were very much comfortable. We enjoyed the daily breakfast. One thing to note here that we all enjoyed - freshly made fruit/veggy shots - beetroot and turmeric-ginger. They also made feel like home in breakfast area. Specially all the boiled eggs' shells were crafted nicely handwritten with beautiful message of the day during Christmas time since we were there right after the 25th December. Pancake were made pretty big. Also, I would like to mention one thing that I didn't noticed in any other hotel. They had "Shoe Horn" bamboo made in our room. I used it everyday to help my son to slide-in his feet easily to wear the shoe. He liked it also since he didn't need to untie and tie his shoe lace. We enjoyed everything in this hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel to others.

An unassuming hotel from the outside, the Henriette Stadthotel is luxurious on the inside. Near the center of Vienna, one can easily reach any destination using the excellent public transportation system. Indeed, the hotel is located just above a subway station. The rooms themselves are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and feature local produce and products. I have stayed here before, and I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast room can get a bit crowded in the morning, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Nothing to complain about - the exterior of the building makes it look old, but once you're inside you can see that it is a quality establishment

Perfect location. Very comfortable room with balcony to the yard which isolates from road noises etc. Very tasty breakfast. Extremely detailed cleaning of the number. Our number was located on the 2nd floor near the restaurant which was very convenient to commit for breakfast. Very friendly staff at the reception who also provided with 5% discount for the next settlement.

I extremely disliked only 1 thing: when I visited restaurant I was not able to find a big spoon at once and asked waiter for help. He has helped without any problems but my wife has heard when he started discussing it with other colleague and laughing at me showing by fingers near the head that I am fool. For me this is unacceptable treatment from his side since I was in this hotel for the first time and didn't know big spoons location.

The location near the train line was brilliant for the conference I attended at the Austria Centre and the breakfast was the standout feature of the entire stay. Ease to get to main sites and safe to return to accomodation at night. Rooms were a good size and beds comfortable. No noise from street and some rooms had lovely outlooks. Close to excellent restaurants. Oktoberfest was an easy walk down the street.

Initial welcome was difficult, exacerbated by my tiredness and staff member's bluntness, requested twin rooms deemed a "wish", which was unsatisfactory. We did extend stay by 1 night (which meant our third room change), so the hotel did redeem themselves. I didn't see the initial staff member again until checkout, and the interaction was pleasant on that encounter. Beware the tourist trap with the metro line, a 7 day card, starts on a Monday, not from date of purchase, would be useful for the hotel to make mention of this, as another colleague was fined 100 Euro.

The room was spacious and very clean. They served fresh and bio breakfast in a lovely saloon. The staff were friendly and cooperative. The Metro station is within just 4-5 minutes walking distance. Overall the atmosphere of the hotel is very attractive and you feel at home.

A minor point: At the check out the reception gave all the other guests (but not me😊) a small Christmas gift (cookies ) and a discount card for the next stay. I was surprised why it is not considered for all the guests.

Great location near the underground station which is a few stops from the city centre. The hotel is very clean with friendly and helpful staff. The room was quite a good size, with clean comfy beds and a mini bar. The bathroom was very clean with fresh towels and toiletries. The breakfast was fantastic and really worth including in your booking.

We were on the first floor which was located under the breakfast buffet floor. So from 6 AM, there was lots of noise from upstairs as people were going for breakfast. The mini fridge in the room had a glass door and its light was flickering during the night. We heard several other guests complaining about this to the front desk. We had to unplug the fridge every night before going to sleep. The Air conditioning unit was making lots of whooshing noise during the night, even though it was turned off in our room. It seemed that there was constant water circulation in the unit if guests in other rooms had them turned on.
